Completely destroyed my bathroom, didn’t caulk everything and what was caulked they didn’t use mold free bathroom caulk, grout has already crumbled and tried to use my existing baseboard and repaint them. I’ve had to again after 1 year have my bathroom completely redone I do not recommend this company!!!!!!!!!

We hired this company after finding an unexpected bathroom leak resulting in a total gut job. We had never planned a bathroom renovation and had no clue where to even start. Matt and his team came in and helped us design a slightly different layout to give us the shower cave we wanted. The boys on the crew were so kind and answered all our questions and always pointed us in the right direction if they felt something we chose wasn’t going to work out well. In the end our master bath took about 3 weeks - even during holiday season - and looks amazing. Absolutely would recommend!

Don't call these guys if you have a challenge. Dave took one look and "graciously" turned me down flat. No suggestions, no potential alternatives. He just said no. But he still took pictures of my challenge "for his records," he said. I believe they should remove "Creative" from their name, since they obviously don't want to be creative if it isn't easy. VERY DISAPPOINTING

These guys are the greatest work is excellent and very well done I wouldn't have anyone else do the awesome work they did for me they are the best

Hired this company to remove and replace our front porch. Having used this company years ago, at another house, I expected high standards. I was not disappointed! Professional from our sales rep Dave to the construction crew, nothing but quality. Highly recommend.

Have windows installed years ago and bathroom window needs a small part cause it won't let one side of window go up or down. Have called since April to get fixed. Told it was under warranty but they were backed up on repairs and have called 4 times and it is now December almost January and nobody yet. Get same story when I call. Do not get anything done by them they don't repair what they fix. I bet if I had new work to be done they would show up. Just want new work not fix what they put in. Will not use them again or recommend them. Beckley WV office.
