CraftLine Construction has now replaced our roof for a second time. We would not think of calling anyone else. They covered the trees to protect the landscape and came back the next day to clean up any nails that might have been missed. I am most pleased with the professional quality workmanship performed installing a new roof on my home, with care to protect against ice-damming, a new rustproof chimney, 2 new water tight skylights, and 2 additional vents for the bathroom exhaust fans. Great Teamwork tearing off the multiple layers of old shingles, new paper, replace worn underlayments, and high quality material. Even the owner Przemek Cisak, rolled up his sleeves and joined his team to complete it all on time. The surrounding property was well covered from debris and all the old material hauled away by the end of the work day. I would highly recommend Craftline Construction for any roof repairs and new installations, professionals in this trade.

I was pleased with the competitive price that CraftLine provided me. The work was done professionally and was on time with no additional charges. Based upon the very thorough explanation of what the work would look like I knew what to expect as the work progressed. Craftline removed the old deck on the roof, removed the old roof, repaired damaged parts, and replaced it with TPO. Shamek and his crew did great work and they were very efficient. Someone kept me updated on progress and showed me little things as they came up. I felt like I understood what was going on and Shamek was great. I learned about Shamek and Craftline Construction Inc. from a Architect and General contractor thatI had been using for the past twenty years.We had an old Cedar shake roof that was thirty years old and was leaking in several spots arround the house along with leaks on the flat roofs and sky lights.Craftline did an amazing job they tore off the old roofs and installed new roofs on the entire house.They replaced the skylights and replaced damaged gutters.The crew was efficient,polite and respectful. They do excellent work in a timely manner.They also cleanup every scrap and nail when they are finished! I am completely satisfied with the job they did. Extremely happy with the service! They have replaced the roof on my house last year, and we were very satisfied with everything. That was the reason we asked for their help again this year, when we needed our garage flat roof repaired and surface replaced, and they delivered again! All in all, you will not be disappointed if you hire them for your needs!

Friend of mine recommended them. They did a great job. I only need a portion of the house down. I asked if the could fix a 4 ft section of spout that I stepped on and the replaced an entire 20 foot section.

I was referred to Shamek by a professional contractor that I have used for 20+ years. CraftLine Construction was very prompt and professional in evaluating my roofing needs. Shamek explained the various options we had and gave us his professional opinion, but didn't push us one way or the other. He was "educating" us. We also compared his service and prices with another roofing company, but there was significant difference in the quality of service from CraftLine. The other company was a distant second.

Shamek was truthful with the expected timing and kept me informed. He was prompt in returning my texts or calls with either a call, text or visit.

Finding a roofing repair company you can trust was the most important criteria for me as I wasn't getting up the roof and looking at the damage and how they repaired it! Crafline was incredibly responsive to my inquiry, provided honest feedback backed up with videos and explanations and completed the work very quickly after my initial call. They did excellent work in a timely manner and I highly recommend them.

Craftline has now replaced two roofs for me. For the first on my primary home, I was cautious to the point I carefully researched materials and workmanship and wrote my own very detailed specification. Craftline not only had the best price of the four received they made positive suggestions for additional improvements while still accommodating every detail of my requirements. Minor items were included in their pricing and work scope where others used the opportunity to bid excessive up-charges.

Przemek Cisak was the foreman for my two roofs and was on the job supervising every detail of the tear off and replacement. Replacement of additional items like roof sheeting, flashings, chimney housings, etc. and other things impossible to anticipate in advance were very reasonable priced. For the first new roof I was Przemek’s inquisitive shadow for every phase of the job which confirmed the trust I’ve gained in him and his work. My presence made no difference on the superior level of quality they provide as I’m convinced they expect this of themselves.

My second new roof with Craftline was an attached two owner townhome. This time I didn’t waste my time with bids or feel a need to monitor the job. I accepted Przemek’s recommendation for materials and replacements. In addition, he handled most of the coordination of the split bid with my neighbor as parts of the roof are common to the townhouse structure we own together.

Craftline tells you in advance what to expect. They show up on time. They complete the work as scheduled and communicate regularly before, during and after the job is completed. They do an excellent job in cleaning up after they are finished. They are good people to work with.

For the second job, I kept in touch by phone and email from 1,400 miles away.
