CR Ebert , JR Roofing Did my cedar roof In Glenview and They were great. The roof turned out beautiful. Their prices were the best and the service and their staff are so professional. I would refer them to anybody in my family sincerely, Steven Norton.
I called for roof repair on my garage and they got to it pretty quickly. So far the repair is holding up very well. Thanks guys!
I called them for a simple gutter guard installation on the second level of my house. They sent Tony over to install them, who didn't even bring his own ladder and had to use mine. This was August of 2020 and it wasn't until the winter storms happened that the guards started flying off the roof. Tony hadn't installed them properly. The adhesive strips still had the backing on them, so there is nothing securing them to the gutter. I texted CR Ebert Roofing to see if this could be rectified and they said yes, they would fix it. Then nothing. I called them today and said they never got the payment from Tony that I gave him, so they aren't responsible for fixing it and I should call Tony. Hell, I don't have Tony's number, this was all set up through CR Ebert. The only reason I'm not giving them one star is because it seems the company got shafted by Tony as well, but they were the ones that sent him over! A company should take responsibility for the people they send in their name. So now I'm stuck with loose gutter guards that flap loudly on windy nights keeping me and my kids up. And that's if the guards don't straight up fly off the roof.
