The technician arrived about 1-1/2 hours early. He introduced himself, stated where he was from. He was polite and friendly. I explained what problems I had been having with my air conditioning system and stated that I wanted to have him do the maintenance on the heating and air conditioning systems. I was able to ask him questions about maintaining the system (such as what kind of filter I should be using, when I should change the filter, how I should clean the coils on the air conditioner unit outside, etc). He showed me how to properly set the thermostat so it maintained the inside temperature I wanted. He explained to me about a maintenance program I could sign up for where they would come every 3 months and service the heating and air conditioning systems, replace the filter, etc. I received a discount for my first service, then there is a monthly fee (which is nice because the payments are spread out over the year). I would recommend Cozy Heating, Inc. for repairs and maintenance on your heating and air conditioning systems.

Well, my wife and I couldn't be happier with Cozy Heating! It was time for a natural gas furnace replacement, maybe even a little overdue. Since we were doing the furnace, we decided to add some cooling as well. I did a fair amount of research on best options for us so had a reasonable conclusion when I contacted three different HVAC contractors for bids and discuss options.

Justin with Cozy sales was impressive.... very professional, knowledgeable, and personable. He asked great questions trying to understand our wants and needs, ultimately providing us five different proposals that would work for us and well within our budget.

For us, a natural gas furnace replacement and new traditional A/C installation was the right answer. The other HVAC contractors were unimpressive. So, we selected one of Justin's proposals and scheduled the installation the following week.

Nick and Thomas were the installation team. Again, professional, knowledgeable, and personable. The were kind enough to answer all of my questions about installation, operations, and maintenance. Good guys that worked hard, did a very clean install, and provided overall exceptional service in every way.

We bought a new heat pump and furnace over a year ago, our heat pump quit on us so we called. it was just out of warranty but they replace the parts under warranty so no cost to us. A week later we had the same issue happen, they did some research and determined there was a problem with some of the motors. Again they replaced the parts free of charge.. Hopefully we got it fixed this time.

Excellent service on my heater. Was able to resolve the problem on the day with a replacement part. The employee answered all my questions and concerns.

We woke up to no heat. We called Cozy they had someone out right away. Found out it was due to a leaky valve. The service person was knowledgeable, polite and had it repaired quickly. We had to get the propane company out to refill our tanks. Then cozy came back out early the next morning to check it out and had us up and running in no time. I will call them again when I need services. Thank you

Our furnace stopped working during the coldest days of the season. Justin came out and fixed the igniter so that we could have heat while waiting for the replacement furnace to be installed. The installers, Paul, Rase and Joey, arrived first thing in the morning when they said they would and got to work right away. Despite working in 30° conditions they had good attitudes and were courteous with each other and with us. They cleaned up after the work was completed and the final installation of the furnace is esthetically pleasing. We chose the Coleman-Evcon 96% Efficient Single-Stage 40,000-BTU Furnace for our 1200sf home. The unit puts out a soft and quiet flow of heat maintaining a nicely controlled internal temperature. The old unit was loud and had a rather harsh flow of heat from the registers, with noticeable fluctuations in temperature. Our home is now comfortable and warm. We highly recommend Cozy Heating.

Our heat pump had not been working properly for about 32 days. It has been very cold in our house, about 60 degrees during these many 20-23 degree nights and 40 degree days. Tristan came to our house and did good service on our heat pump. He was very professional and courteous, explaining all the service and adjustments he was performing on our system. It feels so amazing to have our heat back again. I will be happy to recommend Cozy Heating to anyone looking for service on their heating system.

We have been happy Cozy Heating customers for 10 years now and have had nothing but great service and professionalism. I recently had an in-floor heating issue on the weekend and Stan came and got us back on line on Sunday which was much appreciated.

The service we received was great. The technician,
Dylan was very thorough. He ended up having to rebuild our inside unite of our Daikin heat pump system and alot of work on the outside unite. Our system is only 3 years old. I would not recommend Daikin heat pump systems.

This guys are great!. They are courteous, prompt and most importantly responsive. They warned me about a potential problem with my roof that could have resulted in thousands of dollars of damages. Glad we're using them for our commercial HVAC needs

Had trouble with our Hitachi heating unit, couple of other technicians came but was not able to diagnose but Dylan from Cozy was able to find in his first visit and fixed the problem.

Working with Cozy Heating was a new experience. Cozy was very thorough in assessing our home to determine the best efficient heating and air conditioning plan. Representatives were courteous and took time explaining the operational aspects of both units, and also how to navigate the AccuLink electronic thermostat. Diagnosed the problem with my radiant heat system and fixed it at a reasonable price. Did not try to oversell and recommend unnecessary up sell. Unlike the other 2 companies in the Everett, Wa, that do radiant heat.

Update: I'm still currently using this company. They have a reasonably priced quarterly maintenance plan that I utilize. They do a wonderful job. This is a company that is small enough to give great customer service but large enough to have resources to take care of you. Please give them a call!

I have had some problems with the unit I bought from them but this company has stepped up! They go above and beyond to help me work through these issues. I highly recommend.

Woke to a cold house this morning. Called Cozy Heating and received an immediate call back from Stan the heating technician. He arrived within 35 minutes and troubleshot the furnace.
