During one of this summer’s torrential evening rainstorms, I encountered water infiltrating from our back wall at our townhouse in Bethesda, MD. I contacted my long time plumber, and he recommended I work with Mynor and Courageous Building and Construction.
I contacted Mynor, and he agreed to view the damage. He came the next day, assessed the issue - infiltration from upstairs outside deck - and provided what I thought was a fair estimate.
The work began after supplies ordered and clear weather. His team (headed by Ricardo) was prompt, efficient and pleasant. Additional issues found inside the wall. I received quick notification with pictures along with a reasonable assessment of cost for additional costs.
It was an extensive indoor and outdoor project completed in four days. Painting still needed but must wait for wood treatment to set. Was told to withhold payment from that portion of work til it can be completed in about two weeks. Fair, honest and trustworthy.
The team left my home clean and safe. I would definitely hire them for another job.
