I recently hired County Chimney to inspect and sweep and my chimney, and I couldn't be more disappointed with their service and customer service. From start to finish, it was a complete nightmare.

First of all, their customer service was abysmal. The inspection took 2min to recommend a $2,700 repair. When asked to explain the process and reason for the needed repair, they were not able to explain.

Since they were there, I agreed to pay for 2 chimney sweep. To make matters worse, they employee asked if I had garbage bags so he can use to clean the chimney. Since I didn't, they left all the ash on my trash bin outside.

But the worst part was when I requested certificate of insurances they got irritated because I would not write a check without it.

I would strongly advise against hiring County Chimney Of Westchester. Their lack of professionalism, poor customer service, and subpar work make them a terrible choice for chimney services. I regret ever engaging their services and would not recommend them to anyone. Save yourself the trouble and look for a more reputable chimney company.

My chimney was in need of serious repair. Catherine and her team did an excellent job and they even did some roof repair while they were at it to make sure I didn’t have any leaks. My chimney looks like new. Great work at a fair price. I couldn’t be happier with how it turned out and I would definitely recommend using County Chimney Westchester.

Had our chimney and wood stove cleaned . They noticed insulation in the stove between the brick and metal was worn out and replaced it. Stove has a much better draft now.

Wonderful to work with, very professional, honest workers. I would highly recommend to anyone in need of chimney services. When they noticed my vent was rusted out they made sure it was as safe as possible knowing I have kids in the house until they got the parts in to fix it properly. All around great experience.

I was ripped off. A lady came who I could barely understand and inspected my fireplace. She proceeded to look up my chimney with no flash light and told me in 5 minutes that I needed $1000 worth of work. I just needed my damper fixed. She charged me $160 and left my damper off. Don't get swindled
