I am building a lake home near their location. I saw a home on their lot that had a outside paint scheme I liked and would like a similar color on my house. The lady I talked to was very pleasant and helpful. She provided me with the brand of paint, Sherwin Williams, and the paint code for the house and trim.
Even though I wasn’t asking to buy anything, she treated me as a valued client. I feel that their clients get a similar exceptional experience.

We shopped a few different places before we came to Country Comfort Homes. We called and made an appointment with Brooke, who met us early on Saturday morning. She allowed us to look around leisurely, and answered all of our questions. After thinking about having one built, she told us to go look a demo model facing the highway. After entering it an looking around, it had everything we wanted in our new dream home! Came by to look at homes. No one was on the lot or at the front desk. 2 men were talking in a back office. I was standing in the hallway area where they could see me. Stood there for over 15 minutes, guy kept glancing at me but never acknowledged that was there, just kept talking.
Got ready to walk out and he finally comes out after me . I tell him I had been standing there for 15 minutes with no acknowledgement so I was going somewhere else. He mouthed something under his breath and walked back inside.

Top notch!! Go see the folks here first. If you want quality built, this is the place. I went modular, when they say heavy built, it's true, better specs than most others. Do your research, that combined with the awesome service from the dealer and their set up crews do very good work. I recommend Adams Excavating for dirt and concrete work. Oh, and the best part...no one hounding you to make a sale, the product and people speak for themselves.

I love the staff and they have a fair amount of Deer Valley models to walk through. Check them out first if your thinking of buying a modular home, Deer Valley is Definitely the way to go

I purchased a home from Country Comfort Homes. I loved the options provided when customizing the home. It’s important to ask questions! Also, I’ve had issues with contractors in the past and I was greatly impressed by the finishers who came out to take care of things such as the skirting and siding.
