Thank you for your professionalism being on time and great job. They showed up at 7:00 AM and were done by 4 PM. They tore off the roof. Replaced sheeting that needed replaced and put a new roof on and did an excellent job of clean up all around the house. I couldn’t be happier and I would gladly recommend them. Thanks guys great work this is coming from a guy that used to do roofing and I know how hard it is.

Just trying to work with this company was a nightmare. We scheduled an appointment online and they never showed up, so we called once they were 20 minutes late and Tracy who answered the phone was rude and annoyed with us for having scheduled online because it seems like they don't use their online service (then why offer it?). She took our address and said she'd be there in a half hour. Forty minutes later she called to ask our address again because she'd written it down wrong. We gave it again, very clearly, and she said she'd be right there. Then called again because she couldn't find it (we live right in the city and it's not a difficult address). She was not friendly and just rude when she got there and gave us our quote. We still ended up scheduling with them because we'd seen they had done good work. They were supposed to come between 8-9am and they didn't show up. We called at 9:30 and they said they'd send us an email that they cancelled because of weather (email was sent after 9). It was cold, but no rain or snow, so I didn't think they would cancel because surely they still work during the winter when it's cold? Tracy was rude again when I talked with her and we went ahead and cancelled. Talked with two other businesses that were getting quotes from who were both much, much kinder and more helpful. You can't just be mean to potential customers and expect them to want to give you their business.

We made an appointment for someone to come and give an estimate. In the end, the original person could not make it, so someone else from the office came to look and take some pictures. We got an estimate which blew us way. It was a little short of TWICE that given by another company! I was led to believe that this company has reasonable rates!! I can't vouch for the quality of the work, as they priced themselves of doing work for us!
