I originally gave Todd Nichols a 5 star review, but after about a year, the true colors of the craftsmanship began to show. The floor was not swept before laying the vinyl plank flooring, so now I have 4 holes in my brand new floor because they failed to sweep it. My front door and side light windows leak when rain hits it, the seal is very cheap and poorly done, and last but not least, my brand new solid surface counter top is cracked due to poor support. I've reached out over 3 times over 7 months and am being ignored. Not exactly professional if you ask me.
The crew was excellent to work with and we are very happy with everything that was done. We would definitely recommend them and will be doing more in the near future
Replaced the soffit on our home, the work was fantastic and fast. The guys went above and beyond and we appreciate what they did. Would definitely recommend them to anyone. Thanks Todd.
