Friendly, respectful staff and ready to please. I would have given a 5 but my front windows were cleaned when the sun was out....an earlier arrival would have helped those windows look better.

Cornerstone Cleaning did an excellent job on my roof and a far better job than others I used previously. The were very professional and their crew excellent at its job. I will definitely use them again.

Showed up at appointed time and got on the roof and cleaned it and two glass awnings. Cleaned up all debris from roof that landed on ground. Great work and thank you!

They did a good follow up at the end and corrected a few mistakes or miss windows. I appreciated that.

Cornerstone cleaning was a great choice for moss removal on our roof. When I called to get a quote, someone answered on the second ring, and I was able to set an appointment for an inspector to come out that week and survey the house. He was very thorough and even had a drone to do a closer inspection of the roof. The quote was quite fair and although I probably could have searched around for a lower price my calls to other cleaners went unanswered. The crew that came on site was equally as professional. The crew of five got to work and had the project finished in under 2 hours. They cleaned up around the house and deck and hosed off any overspray. They explained what they had done, and everything looked good. I would definitely recommend Cornerstone Cleaning to any of my friends.

I was not home when your team arrived, but returned just as they were leaving. They had removed all the moss from my roof and all the obvious debris. I am hoping to see them again on the follow up visit.

TEN STARS! We hired Cornerstone to do out initial window cleaning post-construction so it was more difficult than average. Joe showed up promptly each day and did an outstanding job! Also felt the pricing was fair for the scope of the job. We will be having Cornerstone do our windows twice a year now for maintenance. Thank you!!

The appointment was for 8 am, they arrived promptly at 7:56. Friendly, courteous, answered all my questions. They got too work quickly and safely, I have a 3 story house on a hill so I was very happy to seem them strapped into safety gear. They worked fast making sure the roof and skylights were clear, they cleaned up everything and left if looking better than they arrived. This is the third time I have used Cornerstone and they will be our gutter people going forward. Highly recommend. SD

Cornerstone cleaning is legit! Im happy that I chose them to do the gutter cleaning and power washing. We live in a home that was built in the early 1940s so I was abit skeptical when hiring a cleaning company to clean my home but it really needed it! They did a great job. Thank you so much guys.

I was very pleased with the courtesy and professionalism of this company. They were very prompt in their home visit for the estimate and the rate was reasonable. The work crew was friendly and very respectful of our property and by the end of the day our siding, roof and windows sparkled! Fantastic job!

I've used Cornerstone for window cleaning as well as gutters. I have always found them to do good work and priced fairly. My only complaint is it takes longer than I like to get a time frame for the crew's arrival.

Cornerstttone Cleaning have been cleaning oour roof for several years now. They always do an excellent job. They rid the roof of all debri, clean the gutters, spray on a moss deterant and clean up afterwards. I would highly recommend Cornerstone Cleaning.

I cannot recommend them. I hired them to clean my gutters. While the office was easy to deal with, and I guess they did a good job (I haven't inspected the gutters to see), they did NOT leave things as they found them. They pushed all my patio furniture against thehouse to clean my covered roof area, and didn't put anything back. They shoved my furniture up against the back door so that I couldn't even open the door, and had to come around from the front to get the door unblocked. They got my patio upholstery soaking wet. All they had to do was ask me ahead of time to move the upholstered cushions out of the way and I could have done that, but that didn't happen, nor did they move them themselves. I told the company about this. The person I notified seemed unsure about what to do. Then about a week later I got an apology call from the front office promising some sort of financial compensation, like a discount, and then...nothing. All I ask of any contractor is leave things the way you found them; this didn't happen, nor did they follow up with me satisfactorily.

The crew at Cornerstone Cleaning has performed gutter, roof, driveway and window cleaning at several properties I maintain for my employer. They are punctual, professional and always communicated should something need to be changed. I appreciate their availability as well when I don't or cannot schedule a year in advance they typically can fit me in!

First, I was reminded of the appointment via email and phone. The crew showed up right on time. They went about their business, cleaned up after themselves, and were done in no time. Pleased!

They did an awesome job. Forecast was for severe weather on my scheduled date, so they came 2 days earlier than originally scheduled just to make sure my gutters were clear before the big rain event.

Crew did a great job with roof moss removal, house siding cleaning and exterior window cleaning. Very professional and courteous! Highly recommend.

After having an estimator visit, the gentlemen showed up a) not knowing it was a steep metal roof, b) no extension poles to wash upper windows, and c) without the contracted tank of water. This is after the first appt which they did not show up nor call. No circumstances changed from the estimation visit. The workers were appropriately embarrassed and said the boss would follow up. No phone call was received. Reprehensible business practices. Do not trust this business (although I have no doubt there will be excuses here online - remember, there was a thorough estimate prior).

The two workers who came to clean our windows, roof, and gutters could not have done a better job. They were prompt, courteous, and left everything in perfect condition.

I'm not at all happy. After paying $2,200 to have my roof cleaned, the skylight in my kitchen started leaking that same night when it rained. I've lived in this house for 7 1/2 years and it's never leaked once. I've had a bucked under the skylight ever since Cornerstone cleaned my roof. It's not an old roof and the inspector that came two weeks prior stated that the shingles and flashing are in good shape.

When I brought this to Cornerstone's attention, I was told that I should hire a roofer to come and fix it? So my roof is damaged and they have not stepped up or sent anybody out after several requests to address this problem.

This is the second time I used their service. Crew was on time, courteous and did an exceptional job even the weather was horrible. I would highly recommend their services.

Have had them clean my roof and gutters multiple times. They always do a great job. I highly recommend them.

I had cornerstone out for a large amount of cleaning. Pressure washing, windows plus tracks, outside of gutters, and exterior of house. Great communication, and always on time. However first appointment some things had been missed. Office manager sent crew back out on two more visits until everything was done pristine so our house could be seen in the very best way for showing and sell.

Very pleasant staff and very professional - they've been very helpful and have done a great job last year and this year. Thank you!

I really wanted to give the benefit of the doubt to this company, but I’m unimpressed. While the roof cleaning and moss removal was done well, things I was told by the sales rep and listed in the invoice (general clean up and cleaning the downspouts of our gutters) were not performed. Not only that, but when I called to ask for them to come fix these problems, the person who answered kept trying to push me off the phone and did not believe me. I think the most frustrating part of all of this was that my gutter downspouts were left completely clogged and the yard was soaked because of this. I was able to take them apart and clean them out myself, but when I asked if they could just rinse the gutters with a hose to make sure they were clear, I was told they don’t do that though that was part of my invoice.

The poor customer service and lack of understanding of their own processes needs to be fixed.

We had another FANTASTIC company (Simply Gutters) come out to clean our roof. They informed us that Cornerstone used spikes on our roof and cracked many of our cedar shakes. They damaged our roof! Not only that, but they left our gutters full of sludge. I have updated my review to 1 star because of this. I would also like to note that the response to my previous review is not what I was told.

Do not use this company. They lied to me multiple times, damaged our roof, and tried to cover up my bad review with another lie.

I had an amazing experience with this company! The customer service was top-notch, and the product exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality products and excellent service.

The guys were upbeat and positive. They were willing to go the extra mile and did a superb job on our windows and screens

We have used Cornerstone for several years now. I believe we were one of their first customers. I was so impressed with the work ethic of the owner, Ryan, and his employee I booked him for the next spring. Getting my windows washed is a real treat, especially because we have two skylights. At our age, we are not getting up on the roof for any reason. From corner to corner, edge to edge every window and screen is spotless. This year they are coming out to do a soft wash on our roof as well as it has grown some moss. Ryan has expanded his company but continues to give excellent service at an affordable and fair price. His crew shows up on time and works quietly and is respectful of our time and property, inside and out. I highly recommend this business. 10/10.

I've been using Cornerstone cleaning for my roof and gutter cleaning for a few years now. Cornerstone does the job right and at a reasonable price.

The crew was very professional, used appropriate safety equipment while on our roof and did a great job spreading baking soda and cleaning the gutters. Left no trace :)

I had Cornerstone (formerly Kitsap Moss) clean my metal roof and they did a solid job. Everything was pretty filthy/grimy from a few years of build up, but it looks great now. The crew was very friendly and knowledgeable about the work that needed to be done. They had a great attitude and took the time to explain some of the work issues to me in a way that helped me understand and learn more about my roof, etc. All contacts with the office were also professional and helpful, with questions and issues being resolved very quickly. I recommend them without hesitation.
