Pam is awesome! As are the rest of the staff, Brandon and Robert have been great to work with on multiple occasions. Cool Mountain has sorted out a few new appliance warranty / damage issues for me when the manufacturer couldn't even figure out what parts to send.

Definitely see why they have 5 stars all around. Administrative staff is amazing. We had two companies come out for warranty for fridge and freezer. Cool mountain came and not only fixed the freezer, but also the fridge that the other company screwed up on twice. 100% recommend.

My refrigerator went out this morning. I tried to buy a replacement that could be delivered quickly but had no luck. I called Cool Mountain Repair at about 2:30 and caught the repairman on a roof. He told me that he could perhaps get here today. He did, and just left at 4:10 after repairing my refrigerator. He is excellent.

Brendon is very knowledgeable and professional. He accepted the challenge to work on two mini split air conditioning units on our motorhome. Not many HVAC people will work on these and he dived right in, quickly identified the problem and repaired both systems. It was pretty warm in our coach before Brendon repaired our AC. He made our trip much more comfortable. And he stayed until 7PM to finish the work. I highly recommend his service. My wife and I are from out of state but we are planning a trip back to Heber City already for an HVAC tune up next year!

I have had the pleasure of having Brandon do my service work for 15 years. I’ve always found him knowledgeable and resourceful. Never had an issue he couldn’t resolve.
Happy he’s finally out on his own.
We care for multi million dollar homes in the deer valley area.
He’s great with our homeowners as well as our other vendors.
