JD Roofing

I cannot say enough good things about JD Roofing. Dave Southam is who helped us and he went to bat for us when my insurance company refused to help us and fought for us for 8 months. He never gave up. He kept in constant contact with me and always let me know what he was doing to help convince our insurance company to do their job. Today was the day I got my new roof and it looks amazing. His team came in, were very professional and had the job done in one day…left the property totally clean. Again, highest marks for JDRoofing!

Jd roofing did a wonderfully professional job on our roof. We are extremely pleased with the finished product. The workmen were polite and courteous. The job was done well within the day that it was promised. The clean up was thorough and left the property better than before they came. Dog owners need to be aware of changes to their dog's routines and be prepared to keep them inside the house and leash them to take them outside. Check gates at end of work done.

We hired JD. Roofing after a bad hail storm damaged some of our roof tiles. Initially they worked fairly quickly taking our solar panels down and installing the roof. Unfortunately after doing that part there were issues getting the solar panels set back up with a few missed dates. I understand that this has been a busy time for roofing companies because of the hail storm, but as a client I feel that it is a bad idea to take on a new project before finishing an existing project. Unfortunately even after having them come back to fix issues they still rushed through and left solar panels unsecured, and wires exposed laying directly on our roof creating a fire hazard. When my wife said something to the guy who came to fix these issues issues he said it wasn’t like anyone was going to inspect the work. For that my rating for JD roofing is now a 1.

Really love the work JD roofing has done for me and my clients. They've really bent over backwards for the customer. When doing construction, we will almost always see things that go wrong, but JD roofing has responded well to each challenge. I highly HIGHLY recommend them to my neighbors.

They did such amazing job on our roof looks beautiful their workers are very nice an clean up everything very good after their done an they are very fast workers an got it done in one day I diffently will recommend them to anyone there amazing roofing company .

We had an old roof (20+ years) and recent hail damage. We chose JD Roofing to have our roof replaced. Several other houses on the block had hail damage, but they used different companies.

We were most impressed with the service and quality from JD Roofing. They had our roof stripped down and shingled (plus they replaced several plywood sections) in less than 2 days!! That's including clean-up. Just excellent work.

Would recommend JD Roofing (Utah Company) to anyone looking for great service and a great-looking finished product for their roof.

My experience with JD roofing was exceptional. They were professional and clean. They were time efficient in scheduling and also completing the project per my project timeline. They were on budget according to the bid I was given. They even straightened out a crooked gutter without me asking. Just so happened that my roof was installed on days there was a big snow storm and they carefully tarped the exposed roof (where the addition met the existing house) so I didn't have water damage.

My husband and I have been so thrilled with our new roof. It looks so much better than the terracotta tile roof we had for 35 years, and we feel much safer with it against weather damage. Our roof had so much damage under the tile. The CDX was ruined from years of the tile shifting when winds would happen and then water getting under the tile. We thought Clay tile would be the best option, but near the canyon, it's not as good of a solution as you would think. Their rep "Brian Peterson" came to give us an estimate. He was thorough, professional, kind and went out of his way to provide us with samples and options that we might want to consider. He even helped us in choosing the color option for the steal and the pattern. He quoted us a time line and a price. They were true to their commitments to us and even their quote "which is hard to find in today's world". The job foreman even provided us with photos as they went to see what was going on with the roof since we could not get up there to look. It's been 2 years since our roof was installed and it looks as wonderful today as it did then. Our home feels tight a secure again. No more moistness in our walls either. We were given a lifetime warranty and I can see why. Our new roof looks so much better than the prior tile. It has the look of tile, but more pristine and interlocked. We feel safe we won't experience the water damage we did before. Brian, his job foreman, and the team were outstanding and exceeded our expectations! The product is fantastic! They even surprised us at the end of the job with a Honey Baked Ham as a thank you gift!!! Now what company does that anymore? Even a thank you gift to their customer! WOW!!! This is a great company. We would use them again and again. This is a 5 star company.

Extremely professional. They finished the job very quickly and I am very pleased with it. They cleaned up everything and great to work with. They explained everything prior to the job and then made sure I was satisfied with it after. I would recommend them to anyone
