Pretty much a perfect local hardware store. Good size and selection for a small town, and I've always been greeted with a smile when I go there.

Was in and out. Prices were a bit high, but they had what I needed. Also, the multitool bladed are outdated from Dremmel and don't have the universal fit, so make sure they fit. .

Needed some propane because my vehicle broke down and I couldn't get across town so I'm stuck with no heat or way to heat up food, which I knew right where it was located but "because there were no customers at the time" they decided to empty out the registers and lock the store up before 6 o'clock. When I got there they asked me through the door how I was going to pay as if they were going to even let me in just to end up saying "no we're closed already". Shows they are lazy and don't care about customers at all.

Very interestingly! I was asking for "something" using the wrong "terms/names". The Helper, kindly, made me to realizes my mistake. I thought he is the type of Helper who "invites" you to come back because of his attitude. Thankful!

Was a good store. Kinda limited on merchandise, but its expected because of it being such a small location. Hopefully they'll be able to reopen after the fire that happened.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Well stocked and easy to find what you are looking for. Prices are higher than the big box stores but not by much and it is a local business which means most of the money stays here.

I went to the store with five minutes to close and was outside the door with all them lined up ready to leave. I needed one thing and it would of taken 30 seconds..they all just wanted to go home so bad they wouldn't help me because their registers were closed...it's not my fault you closed them early. They should of helped me..this is a small town. You would think people would help one another out. #lazy

Service questions
1. Should I stay home during roof replacement?

It's not necessary to stay home during roof replacement. Roofing work is noisy and can cause vibrations inside the house, which might be uncomfortable. Most homeowners choose to leave during major parts of the project, but our team ensures safety and keeps you updated, whether you're home or not.

2. How long does roof replacement take?
+-

The timeline for a roof replacement typically ranges from one to three days, depending on the size and complexity of the roof, weather conditions, and material type. Larger or more intricate roofs may take a bit longer, but we always aim for efficient, timely completion.

3. How to hire a roofing contractor?
+-

To hire a roofing contractor, start by researching local companies with good reviews and proper licensing. Request quotes from multiple contractors, verify their insurance and certifications, and ask for references. Always ensure you get a written contract that outlines the scope of work, timeline, and payment terms.

4. How to check if a roofing company is legit?
+-

Check if a roofing company is legit by verifying their business license, insurance, and local certifications. Look for memberships in professional associations, read customer reviews, and ask for recent project references. A legitimate company will be transparent and provide all documentation upon request.

5. How to choose a roofing company?
+-

When choosing a roofing company, consider their experience, customer reviews, warranty offerings, and quality of materials. Make sure they provide clear communication, detailed estimates, and a solid portfolio of completed projects. Local expertise is also a major advantage for understanding regional roofing needs.

6. How do you know if your roofing contractor is ripping you off?
+-

Warning signs that your roofing contractor might be ripping you off include vague contracts, pressure to pay large upfront deposits, lack of proper documentation, and unexplained price increases. Always ask for itemized estimates and written guarantees, and avoid contractors who avoid answering your questions directly.
