Arrow roofing replaced our 20 year old roof. They were on time treated our property well and cleaned up at the end of each day. When a small issue was discovered, a year later they were quick to come out and correct it. They are easy to work with and have great customer service

One of my neighbors was getting 2 of his roof vents replaced and I've had this bad leak in my home because of bad vents. So I call Zakk and this guy was quick to have them check my roof. A few days later they showed up to replace 3 vents that were in really bad shape. Workers are really cool and answer any questions about what needs to be done. Will definitely use these guys to fix the remaining vents or any work that I need done to my house.

I got quotes from four roofing companies for our house. They were all pretty close in total cost. I chose Arrow Roofing because of three things. 1, Owens Corning is a very good quality shingle with a 50 year warranty that transfers to a new owner! That is a great selling point. 2, Arrow Roofing has a 12 year labor warranty. And 3, their plywood sheet cost was half the price as another company. Which worked out really good for us because our roof ended up being pretty bad and they had to replace 11 sheets. Through out the whole process, they were very communicative. They added soffit venting for us because our old house has none. And they didn’t want my attic getting mold. They also took down three old chimneys. My new roof looks so nice and seamless without them now. And it was all done in two and a half days.

I am extremely satisfied with the work we had done to our roof. We had a leak in our roof during wet months, Arrow roofing came out on the perfect days and got the job done right before Christmas. My roof needed repairs over the summer months due to very strong winds. I was at a loss as to who to call for the repair. I'd like to thank everyone involved in working fast and efficiently on my roof replacement. I own a 1910 house with 3 layers of cedar roofing. I know it needed to be changed sooner or later but I waited too long that it started leaking. It was such a stressful time but Zakk helped with all the nitty gritty details down from tarping the area to prevent further damage, working with insurance papers until the actual roof replacement. Responses to questions or concerns was always quick either thru text, email or calls! They also helped with interior repairs from the leak. Came out and gave me some great professional advice on what needed to be done to my single wide trailer home roof. Was on time and came out the very next morning for my call/concerns.

I recently had my whole roof replaced by Arrow Roofing. The whole process was smooth from beginning to end. I reached out to Zakk due to some wind damage the next day he was inspecting the roof. He was also a big help with insurance company as he dealt with them directly. Within two and half days my old roof was off and my new one was completely installed. Clean, professional and fast!

I have recently had the pleasure of speaking with Jonathon and Zack regarding a porch cover over my rental property, well to cut the story short due to city policies I was not able to do that project but Jonathon and Zack both fought for me to get that project to pass. I highly recommend Arrow Roofing! Zack and his team were great to work with and communicate well. We had issues with getting our insurance to cover our roof after strong winds. Zack called our adjuster and spent a lot of time working with our insurance. We would definitely use Arrow Roofing again!

If you need a roof or roof repair, I highly recommend Arrow Roofing. A very unfortunate series of events over the past year have kept me from writing this much needed review of praise, praise, praise.

Our ridge vent was not properly installed, and over time this led to very high electrical bills (which we couldn't figure out why), an extremely hot house that we could never get cool in the summer and condensation buildup that began leaking through the vents in the ceiling leaving water stains and dirt inside our home.

Johnathan, from Arrow Roofing, was one of the contractors I contacted for an estimate. Out of 5 estimates I chose Arrow Roofing because he was the best representative of a contracting company I had the opportunity to work with, ever. He was compassionate about our financial situation and offered us ONLY the options we needed to solve our problem.

Zach was amazing to work with. He stayed in contact through the whole process and his communication was very professional and thorough. His crew showed up first thing in the morning and were done stripping the old roof and laying the new by early afternoon. They cleaned up to the point you couldn’t even tell they were here. We noticed one small piece of above the front door that was missed, and by small I mean maybe 3”x14” piece. I let Zach know and within an hour, at most, they were out to fix it without any issue. We would 100% use them again and recommend them to anyone!

We saw their advertisement on TV and called them for an estimate. We learned that some of our friends had hired them and were very happy with them. We hired them as well and are extremely happy with the work they did. They are very professional, and prompt. We will definitely be recommending them.

Our roof needed a minor tune-up and most contractors are looking for "the big job" and will treat the smaller jobs as if they don't really matter. To the extent of before rip off they had a leak and Zack drove out and tarped as to protect owner and belongings. Not many would have in the night. I just have to say that this is one of the best companies to do business with EVER. Our roof blew off during the bad wind storm we had. The next day I called a few different companies with ZERO response. Zach at Arrow called me right away and was out to assess the situation the same day. He even got up and patched a section so it wouldn't leak. We had a bid within 24 hours and he worked directly with our insurance company and adjuster to get us the most we could get. I’ve gone with a variety of contractors and Jonathan is the best. I won’t change contractors at this point. He is extremely professional but really cares about his clients. I had a leak last year and he fought with my insurance for me to make sure I got everything that I needed. When the job was done it was so beautiful. He fixed a leak in the roof and remodeled the inside. They added lots of touches that we never talked about but it was so nice! Simple things like new registers for the floor. A year later I called him again for another thing and he was prompt and extremely helpful. Going above and beyond any other company.

Arrow roofing installed the roof on my new house and they exceeded all of my expectations. The estimation and proposal process with Zach was thorough and done in a timely manner. The estimate was priced very competitively compared to other proposals I received. He gave me options for better products and educated on why they should or shouldn't be used.
