Working with Contractor Kev was the best decision we made about our project!

We just added 1100sq ft to our existing home, which is a 100 year old farmhouse. From the beginning of the project working with his engineer on floorplans all the way to the completion of the project, working with Kev was easy!

He and his crews did a great job in making the added space blend seamlessly with the existing house. We also replaced all of the windows and siding on the existing structure and he made that process so smooth as well.

Everyone was very courteous and understanding by of the fact that we were still living in the house with four kids during the project. There were very few bumps and delays in the process and all were quickly remedied.

I would recommend Kev and his crew to anyone considering a remodel or a new custom home!

If you’re looking for honest, hard-working, and reliable people this is where you need to start. Everything was done in a timely manner. We are new to North Carolina and we look for a contractor for a while before we were recommended to Kevin he and his team, including Logan were extremely helpful. We will be going through them for all of our future projects.

DO NOT HIRE your cousin that does electrical and plumbing and read about deck building! HIRE CONTRACTOR KEV!! He saved me from my mistake of doing just that. He was really helpful with any questions and suggestions that I had and communication was great throughout the deck building. Kev and his team built me a 16x43 deck with platform and stairs to my symmetrical mindset that I have. Plus him and his team were willing to raise the deck a few more inches higher to make it level with the existing ramp I have. That is the next project in the future that Kev and his team will rebuild for me. Finished the Project just in time to celebrate my son's 1st birthday. My family and I thank you!

In preparing to put our house on the market, needed.a couple of items repaired quickly so Logan came out and did a great job in getting the jobs accomplished. He was very punctual, professional, knowledgeable and polite. I would not hesitate to call on this company to handle future projects.

I cannot recommend Contractor Kev enough. Both Kevin and Logan arrived to our house we had just purchased to assess some rotting wooden members in the attic and basement. A few days later and our house was fixed with new structural lumber and shingles. Everyone involved was incredibly respectful and polite and did fantastic work! Will use for any other home improvement projects in a heartbeat!

We discovered Contractor Kev from a Google search. We contacted Kevin about a small remodel project not knowing if we would hear back, but we did and promptly!! Kevin and his team of Ivan and Logan did a wonderful job enlarging an opening between our LR and sunroom. We were impressed by his communication, professionalism and care taken of our property. Kevin and his team were professional, engaging and did excellent work for both my projects. Kev was an amazing contractor from the very beginning. He was approachable, professional, and had an excellent understanding of what needed to be done. Despite his busy schedule, he always responded promptly to my texts, making me feel valued as a customer, even though my project was small. He was able to complete the project earlier than anticipated, which was impressive. We really appreciate the hard work he put into our expansion project, and the price was reasonable too!
