John went above and beyond to get my home ready for move-in. I closed on my home on 9/8 and requested John to come out on 9/9 to provide a quote on painting 4 bedrooms, and a bathroom in my home as well as a huge hall/entry way and staircase. I also requested to have some ceiling and wall repairs done. After receiving a few quotes I decided to go with John and advised I needed the work done as soon as possible as I was scheduled to have our belongings moved in on 9/24 and needed the work done before that. On top of that, I had to go out of town for a few days for a wedding. John was very accommodating and worked around my schedule and even began prep work while I was out of town. He kept me informed on what was being down and of the time-line. He's very detailed oriented and made sure everything requested was done to our satisfaction. He even went above and beyond and fixed some trim work that was not originally requested to make sure his exceptional paint job stood out. I would recommend him to anyone looking for home repairs.

Great job with the window and skylight replacement! Very Professional, the job was done on time and with great quality. Clear Communication throughout the process. Price was very reasonable also, best out of three quotes.

After reading all the positive reviews, I was excited to each out to this company. John responded to my online inquiry & after speaking on the phone, informed me that he would stop by to get measurements of my front steps & walkway.

To my surprise, John showed up that same evening, unexpectedly... unplanned, but was very nice & professional. Before leaving, he told me that he would be in touch with a quote & details. Well....it's been 3 weeks with no word from him even after I sent him a couple of texts, inquiring about a quote or some kind of follow up.

I guess my job wasnt big enough for him. Although nice, not professional to go awol.

The owner John and his crew help us remodeling our new house with many problems. One thing I like about the company is they take time to do the job not like others we have use in the past, who rush in some projects. Contento Development is company with good communication, professional, and price is very reasonable. Highly recommender for any of your home project.

Contento Development removed our old, ineffective gutter guards, cleaned our gutters and installed new micro-mesh filters. The owner John was extremely pleasant, courteous and professional, answering all questions prior to the job and doing great work. We will certainly look to him for future needs, as he does quite a range of home improvements as well. Give him a call if you're looking for and honest, competent local contractor. John did a great job replacing my garage door opener. He was very professional and he didn’t give up until he finished his work. I will call John again if I have any problems with my garage door opener.

When my garage door malfunctioned I didn’t know what to do. I called Contento Development at about 9pm and John arrived promptly the next morning. He was very professional and knowledgeable, he was even nice to my children who were curious about his work. I highly recommend both this company and John.

The services we received from Contento were terrific. They had a clear understanding of what we wanted and provided services to those specifications. John, the Owner, was easy to deal with and his knowledge of the products needed to compete the basement work was outstanding. Ultimately we are very happy with the end result and will use them in the future for any and all other construction needs.
