New Siding Installed 2025 .
We had V.Nanfito install new Vinyl siding on our home, take down an old upper level wooden deck on the lake side, and install a Juliet Balcony to replace it. I met Joe at a home show in Glastonbury CT. He was warm and friendly, very informative about the roofing products they provide and how Nanfito Roofing can assist with repairs to my mother's house and garage. I got an appt the same week for an at home evaluation and quote.
Joe arrived on time for our appointment, was courteous and respectful of our house as he evaluated our problem areas. We discussed how to address these roof water damage issues of repair with a patch, replace 1 side, or a complete roof repair. I like that several options were given with the pros and cons of each so we could make our own decision.
After a thorough question and answer session, Joe gave us a great price quote compared to other companies. Plus, they have an excellent warranty for the products (50 years). Samples of the shingles were shown and I especially liked the GAF THZ Timberline because of its high wind speed performance, fire resistance rating, and stain/algae resistance properties.
Just to be thorough, we are getting several quotes from roofing companies. So far, I am really impressed with the presentation and quality of roof materials that V. Nanfito offers with no extra hidden fees. Plus, I like to support a local, well established, CT business who has a great track record. If, we decide to go with V. Nanfito, I will update my review based on their quality of work.

They did a beautiful job on our home. We had a mix of insurance funded work and aesthetic work to be done. Nanfito did the Roof, siding, gutters, window trim and added a pitched roof to our portico. Walter did a great job dealing with our insurance and Jackie/Todd did a great job managing the project. There were a few snags but I think that’s to be expected with any large scale project like this. Today, I called because I had noticed a defect in the siding in a small area. Brian was helpful on the phone and Jackie was at my house within an hour to look at the small area of concern. I appreciate that they still care about the customer once the job is done!

Excellent experience, from the start Brian in the office scheduled inspection our property. Joe was thorough and inspected the roof and gave us several options. Once we signed Brian called back and scheduled a rip and replace to be completed in 1 day to be done the following week. The crew was here on time and completely tented in the house to avoid any damage to our bushes. Great crew courteous and cleaned up thoroughly afterwards. The project manager Etienne was on the roof after the rip to inspect and advise the crew, and also inspected the job on the roof as well in the attic after completion. I had my house sided in the 80s..By Nanfito..and an unfortunate thing happened when the cable wire got pulled out of my house and took down a strip of siding. I called Nanfito and they couldn't lock down on when they could do the job and one co-owner told me he would get back to me by the next day to see if they can do it the following day...HE never got back to me the next day. Meanwhile the OTHER CO-OWNER was rude as hell when I originally contacted him at first and told me to go and get someone else to do it. And then hung up on me on the phone..that's when the other co-owner called back and said he'd call back but NEVER DID. .I will NEVER do business with NANFITO AGAIN if they were the only contractor in the state ..Meanwhile my issue was taken care of and done by another contractor that came out the same day. Viewed it. gave me a price.and did the work the same day...and did an EXCELLENT job..which was half the price NANFITO wanted even without looking at it...I will use this contractor for ALL other jobs as well..Landscaping. Home improvement etc ..

About a year ago, after a wind storm had torn some ridge vent shingles from my roof, causing a leak, I called Nanfito and their man, Walter came out to inspect and within a few days had a man there to repair the damage for a reasonable price. Last week, another wind/rain storm exposed a new leak, and I immediately called Nanfito. Again, their man Walter was out that day and after finding the cause, an exposed nail, proceeded to inspect the whole roof. He found quite a few potential bad spots, and without any hesitation, grabbed his caulk gun, fixed the leak, and caulked the bad spots for NO CHARGE! He could have tried to sell me a new roof or “major repairs”, but instead informed me that there were a few more years left on the 20 plus year old roof.

We lived in a condominium complex in 2021, of which my husband was a board member. At that time, the board was tasked to find a contractor for our 50 unit/25 building roof replacement project. This company stood out in the interview process. They were honest, where other companies were misleading, gave a fair and competitive price, and they did an excellent job in all aspects: communicating with the board with scheduling, workmanship, and respect for the property and its residents. We were so happy and impressed, that when we relocated to a new home in 2022, we hired them again to roof, side, replace the windows, build out the overhangs/soffits, and replace the gutters of our "project" house. They discovered the existing plywood on the roof was not installed correctly, and we took their advisement and had that corrective work done. We so appreciate their insight and expertise. We have recently referred them to a neighbor and will continue to refer them without reservation. I had a roof done due to wind damage. The crew did an excellent and timely job. I would definitely recommend. The site was spotless when they were finished.

Our management worked closely with the owner of the company and he followed through with everything in a timely manner. He also assisted us with getting our insurance company to understand the extent of damage we incurred and disputed them with his professional knowledge, when they attempted to minimize the damages.

We had roof repairs very early this summer before all the crazy storms. V. Nanfito did a great job and their repairs saved us untold amounts of $ from potential rain damages. Highly recommend them.

Nanfito replaced my roof shingls and plywood base on my house garage and shed in the back yard. The crew worked very hard to get the majority of the work none in one day to avoid rain the next day. Project was completed in three days (one rain day so work done in two). They cleaned up the lawn and removed the scraps.

If I could give more stars I would!!!! Super professional and even more importantly, they did a perfect job on my roof and skylights! Walter Must have received thirty phone calls from me and he answered everyone right away. I have some other projects coming up shortly and they will one hundred percent be the only place I use going forward. My uncle was a roofer for thirty years and he said that this is about as high quality work as you could possibly get. After the job was done the team went around with magnets and I have not found a single nail anywhere in my yard. The attention to detail was top notch! My roof suffered wind damage that caused a leak into my living room. I called Nanfito and he immediately came out, tarped the roof and worked with my insurance company to complete the repair and do the interior painting required to fix the leak spots. I purchased all the windows for my home 17 years ago and never had any problem with them at all. I ran across a minor issue with my kitchen windows 2 days ago and call them for advice. They came to my home this morning (at my earliest convenience).

New soffit, fascia board, gutters, and downspouts. They did great work. Seven months later there were some issues but they came out the next day, on a Saturday, and repaired them.

Nanfito Roofing stands behind their work. Going on 3 years since new soffit, fascia boards, and gutters were installed at my mother's, they will come out to repair minor issues. Not a lot of companies would do that.

I had Nanfito install gutters on my home last summer. They did a great job, as well as being fast and meticulous about their work. When I recently noticed some damage to my siding, I called Nanfito. They sent someone out to repair it very quickly. He did an excellent job. I highly recommend Nanfito for your siding and roofing needs.

Everyone that I dealt with was professional. The crews were great and did a fantastic job. I am a perfectionist, and I can't complain about anything that was done. It is about 6 months since the roof was done and I still say, "What a nice roof" every time that I look at it. I am very pleased.

Update: While working on the chimney I noticed that the front gutter needed to be raised up a little at the end furthest from the drain pipe. I previously had drain pipes at each end, but we changed that when the roof was done. Brian promptly sent his best guys out to correct the problem and they did a fine job. Now there won't be water sitting in that end any more.

After interviewing 3 companies, I felt comfortable going with Nanfito. I had a lot of rotten wood on the house and shed. They repaired everything. They put new siding up on my house and shed.
