Fiderio did an excellent job on our recent home improvements, which included new kitchen countertops and backsplash, new sunroom screens, and a new roof. All the materials were high quality and the work was done very well. All debris was cleaned. The sales and installation staff were all very professional and courteous. Also, Fiderio is very reliable. They did what they said they would do within the time frames they gave. I would recommend Fiderio for your future products.

The Fiderio Team that designed and built the bed and full bath suite added to our home were a group of excellent Craftsmen, Project Designers, Managers, and Office Personnel.The Project Designer was both honest and realistic. He worked with me to keep the plan within budget and to ensure that I got the layout of the rooms and materials used ( bath fixtures, paint, countertop type, etc) that I wanted. The Tradesmen working the job communicated well with myself and eachother and were able to pivot to “plan B” pretty seamlessly when necessary. The Project Manager let me know what the daily work plan encompassed and was there to, personally, check on it every step of the way. Additionally, when I would come into the Office, the Staff was always warm, friendly and helpful. Their days were very busy but I never felt that they were annoyed that I was taking up their time. In conclusion, I would like to add one more observation, these people are just plain NICE!!!! They show an appreciation for their Customers that I have rarely seen. I will definitely contact them for future Projects.

Fiderio was very considerate of my needs. I have ALS and needed a handicap accessible shower as soon as possible. They came out right away to take measurements and order materials. They also expedited my order. Once they received the material, they installed the new shower in two days, completely finished in 1 week. They did a great job, as they have done in the past for us. We have had our kitchen, windows and floors done with them. Everything has always been completed with the upmost quality. They also stand behind their work.

My siding was damaged in a recent storm, so I contacted Jonathan at Fiderio & Sons. Working with him was a pleasure. From the first call to the project's completion, he provided excellent guidance. The crew did an outstanding job matching the new siding with my existing one, working quickly and efficiently. We had our house sided by Fiderio 20 years ago. The work was excellent and the house was still looking great. Unfortunately, a tree fell against the house and damaged the siding. We contacted Fiderio to have the siding on that side of the house replaced. The most recent work was again first rate. The siding matches perfectly and the installation was very well done. The crew was very professional, polite and efficient.

We went through Fiderio & Sons to have our third floor/unfinished attic remodeled into a master suite. The final product is exactly as we hoped, and the team was wonderful to work with - highly professional, responsive, reliable, invested in the job, and awesome with our little kiddos!

Fiderio and Son's is a 5-star company. From our initial appointment until our primary bedroom, bath and laundry addition was completed, it was evident that we were working with a professional, competent, friendly and dedicated team. Their proposal was very detailed. We knew exactly what they would be responsible for, and what our responsibilities would be. A big plus for us when deciding to hire Fiderio and Sons was the fact that they have a showroom that offered an excellent selection of cabinetry, tiling, hardware etc. It saved us many hours that we would have spent going to individual showrooms. Workers were on site almost daily, with exceptions for illness or weather. All of the work was completed on time, and met, or exceeded, all of our expectations. Everyone on the Fiderio team was a pleasure to work with. It was evident that they not only aimed to please the homeowner, but that they also took pride in the work that they did. This past summer Fiderio and Sons completed another project for us. Their first project, completed last year, was a 520 square foot addition consisting of a primary bedroom, bath, laundry room and deck. Their most recent project included: construction of a new back entry deck and stairs; installation of new exterior doors and one storm door; repointing the front entry landing; and, partial renovation of a second floor full bath. Although the scope of this second project was considerably less that the first one, Fiderio and Sons still provided us with the same level of expertise, quality, attention and timeliness that we experienced with the first one. Jeff Paine, our Project Manager, kept us full informed at every step. He responded to our texts and phone calls promptly, and kept us up to date on the workers’ schedules. The Fiderio team continues to be first rate, and we continue to recommend them highly.

Our existing bathroom was 30+ years old and honestly, anything would have been a huge improvement. I'm not certain we were prepared for just how great the finished product turned out.
Fiderio & Sons wasn't the lowest quote for the work and we chose them based on someone's recommendation. Absolutely zero regrets!
Their employees and subs showed up when expected, did quality work with top-shelf products, and cleaned up at the end of each day. Having a project manager to work with made the entire process painless. Day one we were given a day by day timeline and in the end everything was finished up a day or so early.

I have had the pleasure of working with Fiderio's for about 10 years now, at 2 different addresses. The quality of work and attention to detail have blown me away every time we work together. They are genuinely kind and talented, and they treat every project like it's their own home. I'd previously done a bathroom and kitchen remodel with them 5 and 10 years ago, and the quality of construction is so good, both those rooms still look like new. I'm very happy to have an opportunity to work with them again!

Was quoted $70,000 - $90,000 for a 400 sq ft deck. Completely overpriced. I was given no explanation as to what material was being used. I asked Margaretann if I could receive a breakdown cost so I could see everything laid out and to see what decking brand was being quoted. I was told if I agreed to the price range then they would go onto the next steps with more detail. She mentioned Dave would reach out to me and I received no response. A deck that size should cost half of my quoted price even if it was a higher end composite decking. I’m sure they do great work but it’s completely overpriced. I feel bad for other customers that they may have taken advantage of with their high quotes.

The level of professionalism from every person at Fiderio was absolutely amazing! I had my bathroom redone and my deck stained. To say that I was thrilled with the work is an understatement!!! When I was told someone was coming they were there! The little things you don't think about..covering your carpets while people were in and out of your home ...amazing! I CANNOT RECOMMEND this company enough! My next project I will be calling Fiderio & Sons!

I had my gutters replaced. From the initial consultation to the completion of the job, everyone was very professional. Everything was finished quickly and my yard was left clean. Would DEFINITELY use them again!!

We Had a great experience with Fiderio and sons completely redoing our bathroom. Not only were they able to make my wife’s imagination reality, they were able to do it in an efficient, cleanly and reliable manner.

Over the years, there’s hardly a square foot of any part of our house that hasn’t been built, rebuilt or remodeled by Fiderio. The latest is a beautiful new front door. The crew arrived on time and did an outstanding job installing and trimming this beautiful front door. If you want the highest quality materials and workmanship, Fiderio is the one to call.

Fiderio was wonderful to work with. The project involved replacing a second story deck with Trex rain escape and a new stairway with new soffit ceiling underneath to create dry space. Great communication with Scott. Paying process easy. Contracts delivered easily. The work was well done. They answered all questions, while acknowledging and addressing any concern. Very happy. From our first call with Dave to get estimates, to going to the showroom to look at fixtures, to Jeff doing his final checks and a follow up, we had an amazing experience. This was the first full room renovation we have had since moving into our home about 5 years ago and we couldn't be happier with how our bathroom looks now. The whole team was polite, courteous and answered all questions we had along the way. Margaretann in the office was wonderful with communication when we needed her as well. We had walls in our tub area replaced, a whole new vanity top added, a new closet constructed out of a jack/jill entry way, medicine cabinet removed and so on. They finished within 7 working days, even when we called to ask if there were a few small things they could add to the list of renovations. We will certainly be using Fiderio & Sons again!

We had great success with our 11 Window install. The entire team are Rock Stars, clean, polite, pro's _and a couple weeks later I asked if they might have any window trim left over ( I have a small project) and they did- just enough - how cool is this- Yancy came back out to deliver and it was a pleasure to chat for awhile. For over 4 years we had wanted to change our damaged/ugly aluminum siding to vinyl and make the house pop more and look better while enjoying time outside during the summer. We just bought a old house from the 1930s that had a roof and chimney that were well past their prime. Fiderio's replaced the roof and updated our chimney. We were not disappointed. Fiderio's was responsive, communicative, explained each step thoroughly and did a fantastic job getting both of those jobs in before the first freeze! Project was fast and efficient. Clean-up was also very thorough. You would not have believed they were even there the day after -- except we had a gorgeous new roof. Very happy with their service. Would absolutely use them again, and with the age of our lovely old house, we probably will.

We had a garage and mud room added to our house. From start to finish, the Fiderio team was amazing! They provided a detailed design for the project and they were able to accommodate the changes we wanted. During the construction phase, Paul the project manager provided us with a detailed schedule and his team stuck to it. His crew was friendly and each day cleaned up the day’s mess. The overall quality of the construction was outstanding. We couldn’t be happier with how it all turned out and plan to use them for future projects!

Fiderio and Sons Remodeled my garage and it came out fantastic. Any time I called with a question I spoke to a person instead of a machine, and if the person I was looking for wasn’t available, they were very quick to call back.

Have used Fiderio’s for multiple services ..Began several years ago with a roof replacement. Was so satisfied I’v used them for various projects since.

Fiderio’s did 2 bathroom remodels for us. We would recommend them and we wouldn’t hesitate to use them again. From John coming in to quote the job and help us select everything to Jefferson, Sergio, Phil & Bryan project manager on the job, everyone was great. We are very happy with our finished project. Everyone was professional, courteous, friendly and did good work. During a time after pandemic materials can be a problem but Fiderio’s came through, any little challenges that came up were resolved. First Bathroom old tub insert changed to a walk-in shower with glass doors, new toilet, new floors, new sink & counter top and some drywall repair. Love the finished job.
2nd was our master bedroom bath, required remove very large jetted tub, gutting some of walls and floor, added in new plumbing to add toilet, new toilet install, install new tub plumbing & deep soaking alcove tub with tile surround, new sink with vanity top, new fan, beautiful tile floor, drywall work too. The change is amazing and very happy. We Want to give Jefferson a lot of credit - 5 stars, he was on the job everyday, he did so much work on his own and can’t speak highly enough about him and his work ethic. Fiderio is My go to for house construction and repairs. Over the years, they have remodeled a bathroom, installed windows throughout the house, sliding doors, installed a new roof and front door. They have also painted the exterior of our home. They always work with me on various options and give me a choice of what can be done. The teams are always professional and knowledgeable. They have experts in all categories of construction. So if problems arise, they have the right guy to solve it. Most recently we had some security windows replaced in our detached garage. Was given three options and Fiderio helped me make the right choice for our needs. The job was done expertly and with minimal disturbance or need for my consultation. It was done before I knew it and cleaned up as if no one had been there. Installer showed me the work and how to use the new windows from locks to security features to pullout for cleaning. We also had our house painted by them and I cannot say enough about the amazing job they did. We have a very old house. The didn't just paint over the crud or rot. They sanded to the bones and replaced wood everywhere necessary. They fully coated the undercoat and applied a decent amount of paint for top coat so as not to see through. They even stained my deck. I am so happy I found Fiderio many years ago now. And will always use them as my ho to team.

Every project is challenging when you are living in the home being remodeled. The crew separated the work space and cleaned/ removed/ cleaned again on a daily basis. Ahead of schedule and right on budget. Caring and Quality were best-in-class.

We have used Fiderio in the past and had contracted them again to install some replacement windows. Our plans got sidetracked when a storm did an extensive amount of damage to our home prior to install, putting multiple trees through our roof. I am glad we were working with them at the time because Fiderio was a great help to us throughout the process of piecing our house back together. They were able to help through the insurance claim process, providing a better understanding of the repairs needed so we could negotiate our settlement. They handled multiple layers of repair from structural repair, roofing, siding, interior repairs, the windows and more. Jonathan was communicative throughout keeping us updated and always available when we had questions. All staff we interacted with were great. Look forward to using them for future projects.

Fiderio built a beautiful screened porch on to our home and the work and workmanship was excellent. This company is very professional, uses high quality building materials and the workers are true craftsmen, friendly, and personable. Very good experience for us.

Fiderio completed a renovation of my mother's bathroom from a 1970's style to a modern one with senior accommodations - they did this with utmost professionalism, friendliness and at very good value. Further, about one year later, when my mother required another grab bar, because of her deteriorating physical condition, they went above and beyond in obtaining and installing the bar which was needed within a tight deadline. I live in the midwest, about 1000 miles away, and coordinated this with Fiderio. Their office manager, Margaretann, ensured my request reached the expert, David Laferriere, who had worked on the original installation, then David who happened to be on vacation, called me the next day to ensure his personnel located the grab bar [the last available in their warehouse], then installed it in time for my mother to use it, upon her return from the hospital - truly special!

During a wind and rain storm in November we had a very, very large tree fall in the middle of the night that caused significant damage to our 3 season sunroom. Since this was obviously going to be an insurance claim, we wanted to find a company that would deal with the insurance company directly and alleviate that stress from us. We contacted Fiderio & Sons to provide a quote and to see if they would contact and work with the insurance company directly. Matt Dowe came out, provided an estimate and took the lead in working with the insurance company. Matt submitted all paperwork, pictures , worked with the insurance adjuster and negotiated on our benefit. We waited a few weeks for the materials to arrive but our new 3 season sunroom was up and done within 1 week..... in February. Matt and Margaretann were fantastic to work with and kept us well informed. We are extremely happy with Fiderio & Sons and love our new sunroom! I would highly recommend Fiderio & Sons for your home improvements.

Can't say enough about our experience with Fiderio & Sons. From start to finish it was a great experience. They responded quickly to our initial service inquiry. The salesperson - Mike Uccellini was very knowledgeable and took the time to answer all of our questions and make sure he fully understood what we were looking to have done. He offered expert advice when we needed it. The office staff was great promptly returned my emails and phone calls about scheduling. Finally the carpenter, Steve was superb! He was very detailed oriented, clean and meticulous!! All around a 5 star performance was delivered! In this day and age where service, communication and follow up seem to be lacking by a lot of service oriented companies it was nice to work with with one that delivered on all of their promises!!

We had replacement windows done at a rental property we own. All the people involved from the receptionist to the installation crew were top notch. Would highly recommend.

Our 4 season sunroom, which John and his team helped us design, came out beyond what we had imagined. Fiderio & Sons many years experience obviously came into play here knowing what design works for our lifestye, what is best for our Winter climate to conserve energy, how best to match the sunroom to our house so it looks like part of the original design, and better yet, their absolute attention to detail. Never once during the construction phase did the crews look rushed -steady and hard work every day! There were no short cuts. BTW I was in the trades and I know construction.. I don't often give reviews but please don't hesitate to consult with John before starting your next project. Fiderio will make it a stress free experience..

Fantastic service by an extremely nice, polite, efficient, courtious, competent and reliable company to replace 40 year old, rotting windows. He left the place clean, and even took the time to remove a window pane that had a sticker on it since I'd been in grammar school, simply because I said I'd miss it. Customer for life.

Spoke with Fiderio and Sons about several projects I was considering. I found them to be very attentive to my ideas and concerns. Jonathan was great at listening & they offered several good options and solutions to my outdated home. I would highly recommend them.

We needed two skylights replaced and the roof re-shingled on our club room. We got a prompt, good quote, and the work was done in one day (the day after Christmas). Everything came out great, and whole room and area were left in perfect, spotless condition.

I hired them to replace my roof. I am waiting 2 years for them to replace the one they did. They hired subcontractors who did a lousy job picturs avail if you want. I was then told that my roof pitch is too shallow for the product but they put it on anyway. They said they would replace it but refuse to now based on the pitch. They put it on not me. There are also to huge holes in my hardwood floors I found after I removed the protective cardboard covering. Now they don’t call back. Next step is consumer protection and Facebook to tell everyone the story.

We recently completed an upgrade to a master bathroom and were delighted with the finished product. It was an extremely pleasant experience from start to finish, from help with selection options, meeting time tables, keeping us informed, and completing work on time. Attention to detail was great, and those who worked on the bathroom were exceptional- very pleasant knowledgeable and skilled. We highly recommend Fiderio and Sons.

We approached the daunting challenge to add on to our home and extensively remodel our 1970’s colonial home and instantly felt comfortable when we met the owner, John Fiderio.

In the process of updating every room, including an open floor plan, John and his entire team became our "teammates" to execute our remodeling project, which included two separate new foundations to add approximately 1,000 square feet of living space. Once the plans were finalized, we worked with the Fiderio team to select the materials while we were very pleased at the pace of the remodeling. Paul was an amazing conductor of the construction phase of the project. Every day there were 6 – 12 workers on site, gutting the inside, excavating and pouring the foundations, while coordinating the inspections, roofing and all trades. The timing of this large project was a concern and we were pleasantly surprised when the work was completed in less time than schedule, actually less than 3.5 months from start. The Fiderio team coordinated all activities.

During the project, we were extremely pleased with the cleanliness and professionalism of the workers as well as John’s personal attention to details. Mark was wonderful executing the finishing touches in the kitchen and crown modeling. The bottom line - John and his team met the timeline with a superior product. We would gladly do this project again and there is no question we would do it again with Fiderio & Sons!

The quote was higher than ever other one I got but went with Fiderio anyway because of the name. The deck they built still has not passed inspection and after going back and forth with them for six months they have stopped calling me back. Do not get work done by them! They do not stand behind their craftsmanship, they have terrible customer service, and their work is not up to code.

I have a mixed review, Fiderio did our siding a few years ago and they did a very nice job within the time frame that they promised so I was pleased. That is why when our house developed leaks from ice dams I called to see if they could remove the ice dams. They sent someone out, first with the wrong size ladder and then he came back and said he would take a picture of the roof before he began. He was up there for 25 minutes, and judging from the amount of snow he was shoveling off there was not much left for very little was being thrown down. He came down, said he forgot to take the picture when he got up there but he showed me a picture of the 2' ice dams that remained. He said he could do nothing about that and left, total time 35 minutes, price $200. And yes, I still had and continue to have water damage, now it has made it all the way to the first floor. When it comes time to repair all the damage, I will not be calling Fiderio. I called for help with Ice Dams not Snow Removal. I know there are companies out there that actually remove dams by drilling holes and putting a salt compound into the gutters to create a channel for the run off. Fiderio should have said they provide roof snow removal but not Ice dam removal, It was a waste of $200.

Nothing but GREAT things to say about Fiderio & Sons. From the beginning, they have been very professional, easy to work with, and very accommodating. Jonathan Fiderio was very polite and not pushy like a lot of sales people. Their showroom may seem small from the outside, but inside, they have tons of samples of tiles, flooring, cabinets, and other fixtures to look at (they even have a secret door to the downstairs that's behind a bookshelf - my 4 year old loved that!). The carpenters and other people from Fiderio & Sons working on our bathrooms are extremely nice and doing a great job. If they have questions on how we want something done in the bathrooms, they ask before doing it so it's done correctly the first time.
