Luis did in excellent job for my new roof I couldn't be happier he did exceptional work my wife and I are very well please

When we hired Luis he promised us he would treat us 'like family.' He would come late and the workers he hires were very rude, but also incredibly disrespectful of our very old historic home. He refused to listen to our requests and caused hundreds of dollars of electrical and major appliance damage. He will tell you need him for work that is unnecessary. I'm very glad I got a second opinion. Do not let him grift you, he likes to promise free work after he damages your home, but you've already signed a contract. Do yourself a favor. Save thousands of dollars and weeks of hassle with a second opinion. I'm still waiting for a promise of receipts from a month ago.

Had a very bad experience with this company. They showed up 2 hours late to help load up my U-Haul and forgot items that I had asked them to move, ultimately resulting in me hurting my back. My landlord was angry because we weren’t out of the house on time. The next day, Luis told me the only time he could unload the truck was the first job of the day, at 7 am. Even though I was exhausted, I got up at 5 and drove the truck to the new location. I called Luis at 7:3”, he said he’d be there in an hour in a half because he had to drive to pick up some people and it was ‘raining.’ I don’t know what rain had to do with anything (for the record it wasn’t raining near me or the surrounding cities), and he said that driving to Springfield was very far. I agreed, but said he needed to be where he said he would be because he was running a business. After 5 hours of waiting and his reluctance to pay the $40 late fee for my truck, he stopped answering my calls and I was fortunately able to find some last minute help. Shame on you, Luis, and this ‘business’ you’re running.
