Delivery driver was rude! Complained about location. Complained about two pieces of material he forgot that were needed to complete system and said he would just have the order credited because “ he wasn’t driving all the way back to get them!” Then implied that someone must have taken them because he packed the order himself... so which is it? Implying the items were stolen or did you forget them as previously stated? The icing on the cake was he made a call to code enforcement officer stating the system was being installed incorrectly after the code enforcement officer already passed the bed bottom. Cost me an entire day’s labor and extra costs in materials that were already paid for just never delivered.

Rude. Through every step of the process they sounded like the transaction was inconveniencing them. The driver told me my order was a pain in the ass? Who complains at their customers for ordering products they offer? They also didn't have all the pieces the product requires to be installed so now I have to go looking elsewhere. It's lucky for them they're the only ones around carrying Eljen units because I would have taken my business elsewhere if I could have due to poor customer service.
