Jon and his team did such a great job on our roof. He was always available for any questions I had. He was proactive in every aspect from helping us out to pick the best matching color to our siding to protecting the surroundings of my house to make sure there wasn’t any nails on the grass that my kids can get hurt and guiding us thru the whole insurance claim process. Joan and Construction Colorado were amazing to work with when we replaced our roof in Colorado Springs at the end of 2021. They were extremely responsive in inspecting our current roof, giving us a quote for replacement, & helping in selecting the color that would help match the stucco we were putting on the home. The day of install they arrived on time and were quick and efficient with the roof replacement and cleaned up the area around the house from any of debris from the tear off of the old roof. We have been very satisfied with the quality of work they completed and would certainly use them again on our home & recommend them to anyone we know!

The thought of replacing my roof was such a daunting idea. Fortunately, Joan was working on my neighbor’s house, cordially he said hi, we started speaking and he took the time to tell me what to do and expect if I wanted to replace my roof. He advised me to first get an assessment from my Insurance company and then call him. He reviewed the report and explained that the insurance company did not take some important details into consideration, which he took care of himself, and then went on to show me the information I needed for my HOA for approval. His crew arrived at 7 AM and began protecting my property and shortly after began the tear off process. They worked like a fine machine and by noontime they were gone and my home was left with a brand new roof and not a sign that anyone had been there. I highly recommend Construction Colorado for their work and Joan for being the exceptional person he is.
