Consolidated Construction was contracted by our insurance company to remove a tree from our property after a wind storm. The crew was courteous and very conscientious. They are a local company and I'd definitely use them again!

Everyone I worked with went above and beyond to help me after my house fire. I highly recommend them and will continue to use them when I need. Thank especially to Matt and Lance!!

We just had our home demolitioned after a house fire. Consolidated Construction did a superb job under the direction of Rob Quarles. Thoroughly professional from the first site visit to the finished job. Every phone call or text from us was answered immediately. We were treated with respect and kept notified through the process. We hope no one has to face this heartbreak, but there are people at CC to help you every step of the way should it unfortunately happen. We asked for a specific post in the home which had the heights of the grands recorded for 10 years preserved, if possible. Rob had it removed intact for us. We also asked for a retaining wall that abutted the cabin to be preserved as well. Rob could not promise but he sure did deliver. Thank you CC for the excellent, problem free job.

Consolidated Construction Services was top of the line. Always informative and caring. My thanks to Matt and Patrick for their professionalism and great work during a very stressful time. We had a main sewer line breakage & had to move from our home for a long period of time. They kept in touch with me and made the whole process go very smoothly. I don't know where to start to describe the incident at my residence that caused me to need the services of CCS except to say it was a damage that I couldn't fully comprehend at the start. There was extensive smoke damage in every single room of my home. Following the investigation of the problem, my house had to be completely evacuated. The amount of labor that was involved in cleaning and packing up was enormous. That's when I met Logan and his helpers (I forgot their names) who did a phenomenal job. They worked several weeks, getting the contents cleaned, wrapped and packed up to empty the house. And then they cleaned all the walls and floors, before the painters came in to seal and paint every room. The entire process took two months but from the inspector to the estimators, the cleaners, the movers, the painters, (and I'm sure I'm leaving someone out), every single person was outstanding. They were professional, polite, neat and tidy regarding clean up. The company employs excellent people. I would highly recommend them and use the company again.

When your life is turned upside down by a house fire and you're wondering how is this ever going to get fixed, the answer is make sure your insurance company chooses Consolidated Construction Services to make everything right again. We were just fortunate that our insurance chose them for us, but if you have a say so in who fixes whatever your disaster is, we say go with Consolidated. From the get go, they were professional and respectful of our wishes and sensitive to the fact that we had just suffered a major loss. Everyone we worked with was just awesome! Matt was our estimator who gave us a very detailed list of everything that was going to be done. Lance took care of the smoke mitigation, taking our home from a soot filled, fire pit smelling mess to a place where there is absolutely no smokey smell left at all. Tam in Finance walked us through how to deal with our mortgage company and the payment draws. And last, but most certainly not least, "our guys," Lucas and Shannon! Lucas did pretty much all the carpentry work, tile work and finish work--the stuff that takes some real skills-- and it all looks great! Shannon was our project manager extraordinaire, responsible for making pretty much everything happen. He got awesome subcontractors where needed and made sure he communicated with us regularly. He listened to what we wanted and he went out of his way to accommodate us, within the limits of what our insurance would cover. For instance, we wanted a particular type of shower door that isn't just off the shelf at the box stores. He did a lot of research to find it and we couldn't be happier with it! We don't ever wish any kind of home disaster on anyone, but the blessing is, if it does happen, Consolidated can get you back in your home and it will be better than it ever was before. We will be forever grateful to them for restoring our sweet little house and making it "home" again! We love the folks at Consolidated!!

After many pitfalls from another company, there is not anything that I couldn't say enough to give props to Consolidated Construction Services for a HUGE mishap, and that's putting it mildly, that left me with a major structural problem when someone came into backfill and left a hole in my barn.
You all are not only professional, but work together as a team.
Aaron thank you for going the extra miles to go back and pick up that major support beam!

A great experience. We called first thing in the morning and they were on site within an hour or two. Knocked all the restorations out in just two days and had us back up and running in no time. Worked seamlessly with insurance. I hope we never need them again, but glad they're around if we do. Thanks CCS.

Because of a water leak part of my bedroom ceiling collapsed. Aaron, Chris and the team with Consolidated Construction came promptly. After the repairs were done, Chris and the team painted the ceiling and walls. You can't see where there was a 4' x 5' hole in my ceiling. Excellent Job!

This company is amazing! I have used them a few times in the past couple years to have some windows boarded up at a family property. I know they are extremely busy but they took time out of their schedule every time I needed them to help at my private property. I have seen and spoken with Tam Tran, he is kind with a very calming spirit. Him and Lance Petersen are truly as asset to this business. Will forever do business with this establishment.

I’ve been a State Farm agent since 2015. Unfortunately in this line of work I’ve experienced several homeowners claims. They are always very difficult for our customers and it is very important to me they are well taken care of. Consolidated Construction Services has been there for me and our customers every time. Their team is quick to respond and great to work with. I would recommend them for any of my customers!

I can not even start to explain the excellent service that this company offered during a stressful time. Our sewer backed up and we had major damage throughout 2 stories of our house. They came in immediately and began the clean up process. Not only was the labor top notch, but the professionalism was outstanding - from the manager to the workers. After discovering higher than normal moisture levels and mold in our basement, we chose Consolidated Construction Services to correct the problem. Matt McGraw, our contractor, communicated with us throughout the long process of cleanup and repair. He encouraged me to ask questions and answered each one promptly. Lance Peterson, our project manager, and his team were professional and courteous in their interactions with us. Haley and Logan were particularly helpful during the process. At the end of every day the working areas were kept neat. Matt and Lance kept us informed of progress and the next steps to be taken.
The 4-month process was long and tedious. The high cost was totally unexpected and stretched our budget. Butt Matt and his crew simplified the project as much as possible, and his excellent communication was key for me. I appreciate the high quality of work we received from Consolidated Construction and highly recommend them to others.

I just moved to Roanoke a few months ago, bought a 92 year old house that is beautiful but had some serious infrastructure issues. I didn’t know where to turn, looked up several companies on the web, and noted that Consolidated Construction Services has an A+ rating on the Better Business Bureau site, so I decided to give them a try. I sent a detailed list of what I wanted done, and they came over quickly with their plumbing and electrical experts and one of their project managers, all of whom offered good advice on the approach they would take. They gave me a quote that made sense and started the project far quicker than I anticipated. Managing the electrical work interspersed with work on dark, damp, leaky basement was a challenge, but CCS did an excellent job of coordinating all the moving parts despite some changes that I made on the fly. Project completion exceeded my expectations, for both timeliness and high quality. Kudos to Adam, James, and all the rest of the team. I plan to use CCS again in the spring for further remodeling projects – they were the best!

Unfortunately, I had a water leak which damaged dry wall & plaster in my home. My insurance carrier recommended Consolidated Construction Services. They responded immediately (actually called same day on a Sunday) and were on site within 24 hours. Everyone I interacted with was professional and responsive. I highly recommend them.

Extremely sub standard work. Had to have kitchen, dining room, completely redone, new roof, deck replaced and chain link fence repaired. The only work that was done properly was the roof and replacement and refinishing the floors. So many problems with their work. Kitchen base cabinet at sink was installed 6” off center, instead of cutting holes to sit sink over the water lines they knocked the back off the sink and cut oblong holes and slid the sink up to the all so now there isn’t a back on the sink cabinet. First attempt at deck left it sitting 2” below cement slap that comes off back door area (small stoop with steps) and this is a safety hazard. Second attempt got it closer but now there’s gap where the deck boards do not butt up to cement slab which is still a safety issue. These people use workers that are not professionals and do extremely poor work. They definitely do not follow building codes.

Called this business after hours, because they are listed as "24hour" service. Never received a call back. Called a second time, and left a second voice-mail, and again I never received any response. Don't waist your time on this business. Btw, ServPro answered immediately, and a representative called me back promptly, and crews were at my home in a very reasonable time.

Rob and his team did an outstanding job adding a sunroom to my home, renovating the downstairs bath, replacing the roof, and repairing water damage in the living room. Every team member that worked here was a joy to have in my home. It is evident they treat a client's home like their own and go the extra mile to make sure clients are happy with the work. I highly recommend CCS.

Two years later ,after having done an excellent repair job for us , we had a problem with our garage door. I called CCS to see if they could come as we didn’t know what to do. They came within 24 hours to assess only to find that we had pulled a release switch. We caused the problem. It was fixed in minutes. No charge!

Trustworthy, faithful and dependable. They made us feel like family. Excellent company and super great for old silly people such as ourselves who do old people careless things.

We used Consolidated Construction services to repair our home after a sewage line back up. Isaac Peters was our construction manager and did a fantastic job not only in the reconstruction, but on keeping me informed and in the loop. He would call and check in on progress and wanted to ensure that we liked the work we were seeing. He was thorough in suggesting what flooring would work best in our space and even gave us needed suggestions to make our basement an even more livable space. Although the project came as a result of a horrible situation, we are even more pleased with the space than before the accident.

Consolidated Construction Services is an excellent company to work with. Isaac communicated very well during each step in the process and made sure we were comfortable with each phase. He answered numerous questions and kept us up to date. Dylan completed damage removal, floor installation, and painting in a very timely manner with expertise. Everyone we encountered with CCS was courteous and respectful. We highly recommend CCS for your construction needs.

The company was picked by my home owner insurance company and they made a good choice. Things got started right away & the outcome was beautiful. My husband loves his new mancave bathroom. Paul, who did everything but the plumbing and drywall, was absolutely FANTASTIC!! And my husband enjoyed just having him around. The only negative I have is after the insurance approved work was completed I have not been able to get further assistance. We wanted Paul to do some additional work. We called and left several messages with no response 3-4 weeks later. So we had to move on to another company to do the work.

We had structural damage caused by a vehicle to one of our buildings. Consolidated did an amazing job. You would never know it happened!

It took a long time, and a good part of that was due to my own learning curve in figuring out how to get all parties involved in communication with one another, but in the end we were very satisfied with the work Consolidated did to fix our roof and dining room ceiling after storm and water damage.

Consolidated Construction recently completed a remodel at my mother's house after the finished basement flooded over the summer. They laid floors, repainted, built a custom bar top from wood, and replaced countertops and sink fixtures in the bathroom. We are pleased with their work and wouldn't hesitated to use them in the future. Issac, George, and Kelly were all professional and did great work.

This will be the second time I have used Consolidated Construction Services and will always be my go-to company. Issac Peters was great to work with and very knowledgeable and professional was a phone call away and always answered. Made everything that was being done easy to understand. I recommend him and will always ask for him when and if I have to use them again. He let me know everything upfront and the crew he assigned to work at my house were great as well. Once again, I am very pleased with the outcome.

I cannot say enough about this company. We had water damage from a shower leak. Not only were they prompt, competitive, and professional, their work far exceeded our expectations. You cannot tell there was ever any damage. Side note: Isaac was amazing! I would like to note this is my first ever review to illustrate how pleased we were. Thank you!

They rebuilt my house after a fire. Mr. Peters was always there for me. He worked around my schedule and was always quick to respond to my texts.

When we had specific ideas for the restoration, they took the time to research how best to achieve those and then followed through even though it took extra time and work.

Have you met the dynamite new marketing gal from this company? She'll tell you why it's always better to go with a local home-grown company for repairs when disastrous occurrences hit. I do a magazine for women over 40 and trust is key for my market. There are lots of national companies (that charge a fortune to do less) and there are lots of fly-by-night companies that travel through and take advantage of the elderly especially with home repairs. Knowing that there is a well-established, fair-priced, local team that's been around a long time and developed trust in their community is a priceless nugget of information to share with my readers.

IMPRESSIVE! Much of our upstairs bath was destroyed due to a broken water pipe; the flooding also destroyed most of the kitchen ceiling below. Careful detail was given to each phase of the reconstruction, beginning with protecting the kitchen floor, cabinets, appliances, even the blinds. In the bath, underlayment, tile, grouting, and moldings were replaced, the walls painted. The kitchen ceiling was removed and replaced, looking like new. All damaged and protective materials were removed from our premises. The work wasn't considered complete until the supervisor (who kept us in constant communication) gave his thorough inspection and approval. Absolutely would call them again if needed.

From beginning to end, everyone I dealt with was professional and personal. They worked with us and our insurance company to repair the extensive damage to our building,it is like new! I would use their services again.
