They were really nice and finished the job super fast. If any sudden changes were needed, they were able to handle it on the same day and were meticulous in going over the completed work with me. The most exceptional service and unbeatable cost. We required a mini digger to carve out a 40 ft trench in our garden to replace our aged, cracked and collapsed clay sewer pipes. This was our initial encounter with using such a machine. It was very simple with two main controls to operate the arms and the bucket. The aspect that impressed me the most was the customer service from Concrete Install. The operator, jared, was very helpful. He went over the basics upon delivery. He was very professional and punctual. frederick was very understanding when rain halted our work for a day, and we weren't charged for that. They fulfilled their promise and were very pleasant to work with. All things considered, I highly recommend Concrete Install - their service is top-notch, far superior to other places in Santa Monica. Unfortunately, other stores are closer to my home so I had to rent smaller tools from them, but Concrete Install is truly your local home improvement ally.
