We had hired them to replace our entire roof $ 23000 or so . Work was done in October 2018. Now we have four serious leaks ! Causing interior damage. I’ve been calling them for three weeks leaving messages as they Refuse to return my calls , now I’m seeing my attorney and going to sue them .
Terrible company to deal with , I guess once they got their money the warranty was done , what phony lieing company , see you bums in court!!

I wish I could give zero stars. Everything started out great and my wife and I felt as though we had found some good folks to work with. We had pretty severe hail damage to our home which required a new roof for not only our house, but the shed as well. In addition to that our deck needed to be refinished and we had some water damage from the storm to the interior of our home as well. We decided to do business with Complete roofing and remodeling due to their pitch as being a one stop shop. Their crew did our roof and gutters pretty promptly and it was an ok job, however they “forgot” to do the shed. After calling them and telling them they didn’t do the shed they sent a crew back out to do that as well, the gutters also had to be readdressed as they weren’t done correctly the first time. As for the remainder of the job (deck, interior, etc...) that they quoted, well that never happened.. they stopped answering phone calls and wouldn’t return voicemails or emails. They sure took the money though! Long story short, I had to have my insurance agent hound them for an actual invoice to show what work was done so we could move on to another company who actually understood the definition of professionalism. It was a ridiculous experience and a textbook example of a company coming in from out of town to take advantage of a massive storm in our area and then moving on to the next. Lesson learned, support local.

The work that was completed was done well and that's about the only good thing I have to say about my experience. The salesperson greatly lacked communication and wrong colored materials were used to either save them time or money. Never was notified exactly when work was going to start nor when work was completed. Tried calling and emailing salesperson even leaving voicemails and emails. Thought that person was fired or something, but they finally emailed me back 6 weeks later as if I hadn't tried contacting multiple times. I could go on and on but long story short, save yourself the headache.
