I called Alan today, the day after Christmas, asking if he could replace my kitchen faucet and check a leak on my toilet. I thought it would be a couple of days to schedule, but he made himself available and was at my home within an hour and a half. He quickly fixed the leaking toilet issue and installed my new kitchen faucet in record time. Very professional and thorough. I will definitely be calling him for future work and highly recommend his services! Even my dog Rocco gives him two paws up!

We had been planning for years to do a major remodel to our 30+ year old home. It is sometimes challenging to decide on a contractor as there so many out there and you hear so many stories about contractors being difficult to work with.

We chose Complete RE based on several recommendations from friends. Alan and the crew were with us throughout the whole process. This team was always courteous and professional. Each day when leaving the house was left as clean as practicable. The workers were always kind and considerate when we were around when they were working. Each of the team had a very high level of professionalism. Alan is a genius home improvement guru.

During our project, there were delays in receiving what we had ordered from the home improvement stores when originally promised. When there were delays Alan was a strong advocate for our needs, ensuring that we were made aware each step of the way of the delays and how that would impact our remodel. Alan ensured that each items received from the home improvement stores was exactly as we had ordered and requested. When items were not perfect, Alan made sure that these were made right before anything was started.

The most important thing when having work done, is what does it look like when it is finished. We are very happy with the final results. We have received multiple compliments from our friends and family on how wonderful everything looks. I will never hesitate go back with Complete RE when we have other things that need to be done.

Both our kitchen and bathroom skylights had casings (the window frames) inside the house that were badly degraded from years of moisture. The wood had mold growing on it, and they looked terrible despite the fact that there were no leaks. Alan and his crew did a fantastic job of refinishing them, and then painting and trimming them both. They also installed an exhaust fan in the bathroom. It's a night and day difference - and we're very happy with the level of craftsmanship. The job was done quickly, at a fair price, and the communication was excellent. We will be recommending Alan to others and calling on him for future improvements!

We had our floor replace and Alan did an amazing job! There were hidden damages that we did not know about and Alan took care of fixing them all. The attention to detail and professionalism is outstanding. The floor looks amazing and we are very happy with the works Alan and his team did. I am very satisfied with the work which Complete RE Services did for me. They did a wonderful job of remodeling our front porch, as well as roofing a utility shed, and other miscellaneous jobs. They performed the work in a timely fashion, and the quoted us a fair price for services performed. I highly recommend this company.

We hired Alan to replace six windows in an old house built in 1915 in Milton. Restoration projects in these old houses can be a challenge, but Alan and crew did an excellent job. Top quality work and very efficient. We also asked for a few other projects to be worked in and they were also completed at the same time as the windows...a great balancing act! I highly recommend Complete RE Services for remodeling and handyman projects!

We needed our cover to a solar tube put back on. Alan arrived within 5 minutes after talking to him on the phone. He went on the roof and assessed the solar tube damage, went to get parts, and came back to perform the repair. He went above and beyond as it was nighttime when he completed the work.

Alan was the only "handyman" who actually answered his phone. He was conscientious and called to let me know when he was on his way. He fixed a clicking ceiling fan which was driving me crazy. He was professional and knowledgeable. Will definitely call him again.
