Zach M. from Complete Pigeon Control came to assess my pigeon problem. He recommended the stainless steel netting around the solar panels as he saw some pigeons hanging out under them. Zach M., Malachi and Orval arrived the next day and completed the project. They were very professional and did the job quickly. Very pleased working with Zach M and Complete Pigeon Control.

My roof had a couple of pigeon nesting spots. Complete Pigeon Control cleaned the areas with a shop vac and installed spike strips. It's been a few weeks now and I have noticed that the pigeons are gone. Job well done.

Aside from that, these guys run a good business. They were quick to answer calls and texts, arrived at the scheduled time... overall excellent communication. Price seemed fair.

When my wife and I put a new house, we inherited a pigeon resort by our solar panels. The roof was a mess and so was the backyard. We often could hear pigeons walking on the roof and leaving presents all around our home. I knew we had to find a quick solution. Complete Pigeon Control did a great job of explaining the process and what the job would entail. They provided me with pictures of how my solar guards looked on the roof - before and after.
They removed a couple of nests and repaired the shoddy pigeon guard installed by my solar company so the pigeons could not return.
It has been over two weeks and so far we have seen nor heard anymore pigeons.

Great people to work with. They kept me updated on everything they were doing from pre-inspection to installation and when they were done they sent pictures of their finished work. I really only met Zach in person but he was always professional and friendly and explained his work. I really appreciate this business. Good people.

Excellent professional work performed FAST and quickly. These guys are great and fixed my pigeon problem quickly. They also did a phenomenal job with clean up of droppings. Complete pigeon control is an A+++ business!

Very responsive and professional. I love how they had before and after photos of the work they did. They not only power washed the roof, but my driveway and backyard as well. I am impressed and thrilled and have already recommended them to my coworkers. The process was really nice seeing their photos in the text message and their location being shared to know when they will arrive and the invoice and payment process put my mind at ease.

They were very good. They did a great job. Only took a couple hours or less. They do an amazing job cleaning up. The cost is just completely outrageous. I suggest doing mom and pop place. This place basically charges $500/hr when you add up time and cost. Not worth that at all

Not happy with the customer service I received at all. Malachi was not clear about the placement of the spikes and neither was the invoice with no meausurements. He was so nice upon meeting me to get the work - up until I came out to inspect the work which I was surprised by. He didn’t ask to use my water faucet to do the pressure washing (normally they bring their own or know to use the main line of the house). I came out and he removed my garden hose to hook up his hose and because he didn’t have it secured properly, there was a huge pool of water half way to my pool that I had to clean up. When I asked about all the bird poop that was sprayed into my pool he gave me attitude saying he didn’t do it. Really? I had to leave as they worked into the night and when I returned the side gate was left wide open and the job was incomplete. I thought I was getting one thing for a $1700 quote which was spikes from one end of the house to the other as he explained to me, but when I spoke to him the next day, he made me feel like I was the one who made the mistake. I just didn’t like the way he spoke to me - with attitude. Rather than having him come back out to give another estimate to add more spikes I’m going to call another company. This guy needs some more training on how to talk to customers and to let them know exactly what they’re getting. He wasn’t very clear with details but very quick to charge an arm and a leg for horrible customer service. Be aware!

Finally, a service that can do what they say! Zach, Malachi, and Orval worked diligently and did what two other companies could not. Very pleased with the results and will use them again when the need arises. Stupendous work!

Amazing SERVICE!!! They came out within 24 hours, found the Pigeon problem within 5 minutes. They were very professional, quick and for a GREAT Price!

The crew showed at the agreed upon time. They very professional. They doubled checked that the previous work was not allowing birds to get around it. Then they installed an additional spike strip to prevent the birds from trying to sit in the shade and a very small ledge. I highly recommend this company.
