Jeff exactly knew what he was doing on top of being professional.He did explain every component in a non technical words.

I recently had my air conditioning unit serviced, and I couldn't be more pleased with the experience. The technician arrived on time, was highly professional, and took the time to explain everything he was doing. It was a routine annual service, and fortunately, everything with my unit was good. They cleaned my unit, added the necessary freon, and changed my filter.

The entire process was smooth, and the customer service was outstanding, from scheduling the appointment to the final check-up. My AC runs better than ever, and the house feels cool and comfortable again.

Best of all, this was free through BGE, and they didn't try to sell me other services.

I highly recommend this company to anyone who needs reliable and efficient AC service. Great job!

Just got my heat pump assessed by Zach Leotta. Great ETA estimation and timely and professional! Gave me rundown and quotes and also looked at my attic too to help me with BGE rebates and red tape to maximize savings.

Our AC went out on Saturday morning and we searched around for a company to inspect our system and had Complete Home Solutions recommended to us from a friend. The technician Jeff came out and fixed our system for us and was very friendly and efficient, and even took time to explain everything to us. Would definitely recommend them to anyone and use their services again.

Company overall worked out great. I don’t usually leave reviews but now as a business owner, I see the significance it has for both the company and consumers so let me break down the team as I saw them

Zach- He was my salesman but was more like an educator. Came when he supposed to, understood the assignment, and made it happen. If didn’t know, something, he didn’t bs you, he’d go Get Rob, I’ll get to him later. Overall- Grade A

Katie/Megan- Efficient, mini administrative call center reps. They book your appointments, make sure your job is facilitated and overall relay communication well between you and their operation. Not sure if they are in charge of receipts or not but since that’s an administrative task, I’d assume they would be the ones to do that and receipt email were DEFINITELY more delayed than I felt comfortable. Overall Grade-B+

JB- THEE ABSOLUTELY BEST PART OF THIS ENTIRE OPERATION. He’s the true MVP. Between 7:57a-8am, I got an “ I’m on my way call” everyday they came. He is the oil that keeps their machine going in my opinion. Communication was on point, knew what he was doing and did what he said he would. House was cleaner than he found it EVERYDAY!! Even if something goes wrong, it doesn’t really because this man makes it go right. If I had enough $$$, I’d absolutely try and bring him to my company. Overall Grade A+++ not even close

Michelle-I can tell she’s in a managerial position but she’s the type of boss that’s the boss ONLY because someone else higher up likes her. Never seems to know what’s going on, even though YOU KNOW She knows, and interjects when she should just let Zach and JB be the front runners. Feels like she’s trying to kick me out of her establishment even when I’m trying to give her $$$. OVERALL GRADE- D, only NOT lower because I know she probably hired JB—-the real MVP

ROB- this guy, I felt his aura the 2nd he walked into to educate me. Not sure, but He had to be the owner. He’s like a secret character you can’t get until you beat the game in hard mode, and when you do ,you under estimate him because he looks old, with Jean shorts and some New balances you cut the grass in. But if you look past that, and just try him, he is undoubtedly the BEST CHARACTER IN THE GAME. Knowledgeable, and knows what he’s talking about. He’s been around and has no problem directing you in the direction you need to go in, even if you aren’t sure what direction you need to go in. Mr.Miyagi vibes for sure. Overall Grade A+ prolly be higher if I had another 15 minutes of his time but I must not have beat the game on hard yet.

Scheduled a tune up for my HVAC which was operating perfectly fine. During the tune up, the tech, installed new smart thermostats. They graded my systems and noted no issues on their report. Later the same day I realize my system is not cooling my home all of sudden. I've seen other reviews where someone mentioned they didn't connect wires properly when installing a new thermostat and I'm wondering if that's the case. Either way this a huge inconvenience for my family until I can have this resolved.

At my request Complete Home Solutions (CHS) sent a technician to evaluate why my HVAC was not properly working. The tech arrived on time, located the problem, and did an excellent job explaining what tests he made and why I needed a new system. (I'd expected as much since the HVAC is 22 years old.) The price for the tech's visit matched what CHS told me before hand.

That same afternoon a CHS rep evaluated my town-home's qualifications for energy efficiency rebates. He explained that the total cost of the recommended improvements with rebates and the new HVAC would be less than just replacing the HVAC. He went into detail about the process for scheduling the HVAC replacement and energy efficiency improvements. His attitude was professional and explanations easy to understand.

So far so good. Hopefully the scheduling and installation will earn another 5 star rating.

Fantastic job! I had an insulation project and water heater replacement done over several days. It was a lot! There were multiple people here. They were all respectful of property and cleaned up after each day. They explained what they were doing and took photos of before and after. I highly recommend this company. In fact I've already scheduled an hvac checkup. CHS will be my first and only call for future work. Thank you for a job well done!

Had our first yearly maintenance with Dillan as our service tech. I cannot say enough good things about this experience. Dillan was courteous and professional. He showed me before and after of my HVAC system analysis and even wore booties over his shoes! I would highly recommend Complete Home Solutions!

Our house was severely under insulated and leaky, making for some very uncomfortable temperatures throughout the year. CHS did a fantastic job, the crew was friendly and professional, and they left their workspaces clean. They brought our house up to code 100% and it is a huge relief to have that completed. Afterwards, Alan stopped by for quality control to make sure everything was done to my satisfaction, which it was. Thank you CHS for a job well done! I LOVE this company and use them every chance I get! It's really hard to know what's a good company to use - this is IT. They're trustworthy, well-priced, and the work is exceptional quality. Easy to schedule, wonderful at communication, really nice people in every single role, super reliable - all the positives you want. We have used this company to fix work that other companies did poorly, and we even had THREE separate workers from other companies randomly comment at how beautifully Complete Home insulated our attic and crawl space. We’ve been a customer since 2017 and always had great service and support. They insulated our attics and sealed our crawlspace. We are have the Complete Comfort Club and the Dehumidifier Club for maintenance. Today they finished a job of installing a sump pump and a new liner. They have a professional team and do great work!

This stands in stark contrast to my most recent experience with another company, which provided inflated quotes and ultimately proved to be dishonest upon further research. We have used Complete Home Solutions before. This time, the AC went out. The office staff was professional and very helpful and quickly added us to the schedule. Dillan arrived the day. After examining and testing all the equipment he identified the blower was shot. But he didn’t stop there. After working with the office staff to rearrange his schedule, he located and installed the new blower. How wonderful to use a company that won’t stop until the job is done! Complete Home Solutions did a great job on my A/C system checkup this month. Dillan was very professional, took his time and explained everything he did as part of the checkup.

Complete Home Solutions came in to do a complimentary inspection of my home and install a new smart thermostat this winter.

After their visit, my heat went out and my compressor would frost over. I called an independent contractor to come out to inspect after several DIY attempts to diagnose the issue. Turns out, the Complete Home Solutions technician did not connect the Emergency Heat wire to the new thermostat causing my unit to not be able to defrost itself AND preventing my home from heating during a rather harsh winter month. This additional service call cost me $150 to plug in the wire.

This type of simple oversight is either gross negligence or malfeasance, turning a complimentary service into several uncomfortable days and $150 in cost.

Jeff arrived on time and was very informative and completed the tune up and inspection
He explained what he was doing and cleaned and tuned up my ac system
He adjusted it for its max efficiency
He was very respectful of the property and wore plastic booties while he was in the house

Seems like it’s a win win for both parties

Annual AC tune-up. Worker showed up on time. Provided notice of expected arrival. Did a through job. Was friendly and courteous. Put on booties when coming inside to protect floors. Plan to continue using for HVAC servicing.

We had Complete Home Solutions fix the insulation in our attic and in the Mother-in-law suite. Their team was professional and efficient. Ben in particular was a great sales rep, explaining in detail the work and the cost breakdown, which made us very comfortable with our purchase (and our cats loved him). The project cost less than the other estimates we got and we're very happy with the final result. We will keep them in mind for future projects and would recommend them to others.

Very professional install felt well-informed thought out the process, and they were even able to move up the installation date on the calendar which was plus. Look forward to the savings on heating and cooling.

I had a small long term roof leak that caused a mold outbreak in my attic insulation and I decided it was worth it to re-insulate the whole attic. I started the work and realized I had bitten off more than I felt like chewing. Ben came out to estimate the job and did such a great job at selling me on it, I canceled the other companies I was getting estimates from. Edgar’s team and Jason’s team did amazing work. When Ben came back to perform a quality inspection and a second energy audit to compare to before the work being done, my air infiltration had been halved. When I pointed out a small issue layout issue from installation, they got right on it and fixed other things with the install that I didn’t even consider an issue. My neighbors have already asked how it turned out and I’ll be recommending CHS every chance I get.

An addition was added to my parent’s home in 2011. Now deceased and since I’ve taken ownership, I discovered that the crawl space wasn’t insulated properly causing the bedroom and closet above it to be very cold in the winter.

A friend of mine referred Complete Home Solutions to me and I’m so glad he did! From the initial phone call through the installation, it was a seamless process. Their customer service is unmatched. They showed up on time and did an excellent job with the installation. The before and after pictures were like night and day! Between the initial phone call and the day of installation, Meghan checked on me to make sure my financing was in place, as well as educate me on the process every step of the way. Whenever I had to return a phone call, no matter who answered the phone was the consummate professional, and took great care of me. The Team who completed the installation worked nonstop and the entire job was finished in less than a days time. They left things clean and neat and removed all of the debris and notified me once the job was completed so that I could inspect their work.

This company also installs windows, does roofing work as well as plumbing work, I believe and if I have the need, I will definitely call on them again!
