About the Business
What people say about “Christian Exteriors”?
Customer sentiment is mixed regarding the services provided by the company. While several reviews praise the professionalism and quality of work, others express severe dissatisfaction, particularly concerning debris left behind after roofing projects. Communication and responsiveness have been highlighted positively, but the negative experiences involving safety hazards like roofing nails significantly impact the overall perception. This inconsistency in customer experiences suggests that while some customers are very satisfied, others face serious issues that cannot be overlooked.

I was very pleased with the work they did on my roof. The workers were all very professional and Mr. Freeman was very nice and fair. They did a beautiful job!
Welcome to my first ever Google review. If there were ever a time for google to implement a zero star rating, this would be it. This company renovated a lot of the areas in my apartment complex, to include replacing the roofing on multiple buildings. Lets just say that they should change the name of their company to "make it rain", because that's exactly what they did with the roofing nails. The amount of nails in the parking lot both during and after they finished the roofing for each building is beyond absurd. I literally have piles of nails that I've collected just from walking to and from my car, the mailbox, etc. Two of my vehicles picked up a nail and needed to be patched. To their credit, they did reimburse the patches for the tires, but what they didn't do was change their practices for roofing. As they've replaced multiple roofs now, each one has had the exact same issues, nails upon nails in every nook and cranny. Sure, they may pay for the patching of the tire, but they aren't paying for mine or anyone else's time when you're out a vehicle and cant get to work or whatever else. Even weeks after they've completed a roof, the parking lot will seemingly be clear of nails, until we get a good storm or solid downpour, and then nails appear everywhere again. These I can only assume are ones that were still on the roof or in the gutters after they completed the job. Which begs the question, if I'm finding this many nails, what the hell is holding the roof on. I wouldn't be surprised if the shingles need replaced after 2 years rather than the typical 20.
They did a great job replacing the windows on our home. Their crew replaced 26 windows in a day and half. The installers made sure that everything was working properly before they left the job site. Christian Exteriors is also very responsive and went the extra mile to make sure we were satisfied with the installation. Quality product and service at a very affordable price.
