I have been to Community Metals a few times now. The staff is friendly and the materials I've needed were on hand. The customer I'm working for ordered the materials and they were ready for delivery within a couple days. I had to custom order two rakes and they were provided the se day.
So far my experience with Community Metals has been positive.
They knew the right questions to ask when I placed my order. The product came exactly as expected. During installation, I received a recommendation from my installer to go with a wider ridge cap so I tried to return the small ridge cap for the larger size. There was some push back from the store to accept the product on exchange because one of the pieces was scratched. They accepted the 3 non scratched pieces. I thought it was a bit petty on a 3500 order but other than that I was very pleased with them and am going to request a quote for interior metal wall covering from them.
Best price on metal I could find. The guys in the shop cut and packed my truck quicker than it took the debit machine to approve my card. They also answered all the questions I had regarding installion and offered many "tips of the trade"
