Clarke and his crew completely gutted and remodeled the inside of my ranch home in Maine..

About 3 years ago I decided to try and find a reliable contractor capable of performing such a large job in a fairly short amount of time for what I felt was a reasonable price.

Trying to find a contractor you can depend on to do a quality job and finish what they started can sometimes be quite a challenge.

I found Clarke on Angie’s list he gave me a call and asked him if he could stop by and take a look at my house and provide me with a rough estimate of how much it would cost to fix my house up.

He stated he was very busy and would be glad to give me an estimate for the work but it would be about 3 months before he would be freed up enough to get to my house.

He was very prompt in coming to my house and as soon as I met him he immediately came across as a very professional and ambitious young man.

I told him what I was looking to do and how much I was willing to spend and he told me he could do about anything I needed done showed me some pics of other jobs and provided me a rough estimate which I later accepted.

3 months later when he was available he and his crew started work on my house they took care of everything. I work out of state so I gave him a key and told him to go for it.

I stayed at work during week and a friends on the weekends checking progress periodically. I was pleasantly surprised at how fast things were moving along.

The rest is history after reinsulating,rewiring,redoing hardwood flloors,removing walls adding walls and resheetrocking entire house as well as replumbing and hooking up all new fixtures after making master bathroom bigger and installing new tub and making my master bedroom bigger and moving my half bath in there as well.

There was other things done as well but these are the highlights and I couldn’t be happier after three years I have had no problems with there work to speak of and I still call him about once a year to thank him and tell him how much I appreciate the facelift him and his crew provided me.

Dan and his guys have done a lot of work to my house including a big wrap around porch, finishing my kitchen, and other jobs like painting. They will be doing a huge full remodel on my new house coming up soon and I know it will be beautiful!

Clarks does amazing work. Very reliable, hardworking, and trust worthy. Dan and his team are great and friendly. They did a lot of work on my house and I'm so grateful it was them that did it. I will absolutely be hiring them again. Thank you guys for all of your hard work and making my house look awesome!

Dan and his crew did a 12x32 addition which includes an entry, dining and master bedroom as well as completely gutting our kitchen and turning an existing bedroom into a master bath with laundry. I absolutely love everything about it! From helping me dream up my plan (with several revisions) and get it down on paper, to purchasing and installing it all, he was thorough, professional and timely. A couple times I miscommunicated my wishes such as installation of shiplap on a wall or the size of the opening for my laundry machines but he immediately corrected things to match my expectations. He also had some input on a few things that I hadn't thought of such as including a bench in the shower or going with metal roofing instead of shingles due to the pitch of the roof. He kept in mind that our goal was to set ourselves up to age in place. (That shower bench has already come in handy when hosting an elderly relative. ) I am glad I listened to him. The crew was fun to be around and I enjoyed getting to know them a bit too. I am so glad we did this renovation and so pleased with the end results.

Dan is a great guy and his crew did a great job fixing several items we needed to get done ASAP before selling our house back in the summer of 2021.
They are always booked for many months in advance, so we were very fortunate and thankful that he squeezed us in.

The crew were all very polite and respectful. They were on time, they did quality work, and they cleaned up very well when the day was done and when the job was complete. You can't ask for more when people are working on and in your home! They also made some 'on the fly' suggestions during the job that were spot on.

We will absolutely call Dan for all of our future home improvement/repair/construction needs! Thanks again!
