Great service and quick turnaround time for the mold report. Dave and his daughter Lisa were very professional and the pricing was reasonable. If you have a residential or commercial space and want to hire someone that’s professional and knowledgeable, reach out to Dave! I found mold in my office caused by a roof leak on Saturday. Dave was able to get me scheduled on Monday, the report came in on Tuesday and the drywall and carpet were started on Wednesday. Everything but the paint was done in 5 days.

As a real estate agent in Arizona for over 35 years, I can appreciate a knowledgeable inspector. Dave knows what he’s doing and has saved me a lot of money and deals by finding things most inspectors would never even know to look at. He is thorough, conscientious, knowledgeable, and his prices are a bargain, and based on the experience that he brings to the table. I would recommend him to anybody buying a commercial or residential property.

I have used Dave for several years now and I had him perform home and commercial inspections for pre-purchase as I am a property investor.
The thing I like most is that Dave has the experience to really tell me what it is I need to know about the condition of the structure before I purchase, so as I can make an informed buying decision.

Dave has always communicated in a down home fashion, never raising his voice, thus very respectful.

The inspections, have always been useful in getting at least all my inspection fees back as a negotiation tool from the seller.

The inspection report has lots of photos, good narrative descriptions thus is very clearly presented.
