We had CRG Restoration out to look at our foundation. His knowledge of the insurance industry, our policy, and claim options helped us through a really stressful week. Grateful he's in the Gorge - definitely call them if you are even considering filing a claim or getting any work done!

I had water damage due to a refrigerator drip-pan overflow. The insurance company denied my claim twice. Nick took the time to ask me several questions about the situation and determined that it was due to an extended power outage during an ice storm. He walked me through the process I needed to do in order to prove to the insurance company what the issue was, and how it happened. He also prepared an estimate for repairs for me to submit to the insurance company as well. Once I submitted all the documentation to the insurance company, they accepted and paid my claim. I couldn’t of done it without his help. He’s a true professional.

Nick and his team have done a fantastic job of helping us renovate our studio space. They all went above and beyond to work to our specifications with thoughtful suggestions but never any pressure to do more than we were comfortable with. We will definitely be calling them up again for other projects!

I experienced a major flooding event when my fire extinguishing sprinkler system poured into my home for an hour and a half. It was a horrible mess and the steps that the building maintenance crew were taking were not enough to keep mold from forming. Nick stepped in and brought the proper equipment and tented my home preventing a lot of potential damage. It's a huge piece of mind to have somebody knowledgeable and efficient to step in to what was for me, such an unfamiliar situation. He saved me an enormous amount of money by remediating the damage quickly. He was prompt and courteous and professional. He is definitely the one to call in such a dire situation.

Great people to work with. We have a rental property that was left in bad shape by a tenant and Nick was quick to respond. He and his team did an excellent job with the repairs. They were professional and handled everything from clean up, painting and carpentry. They also inspected the roof for asbestos as required by the roofing company. Very reasonably priced too. Highly recommend.
