Columbia Contracting does wonderful work. We hired them to replace siding, fascia and soffit on our home and it turned out great. They are very professional and finished the job in the timeframe we were given. We were out of town while they were completing the job, but pictures were uploaded to the portal each day for us to see the progress. They have great communication from the time of signing the contract through completion. When the job was complete, Erwin came out and did an inspection with us to make sure we were happy with everything. We will recommend them to everyone and when we need more work (a new roof) we will hire them again. Do not hesitate in hiring this company. They are a five star company!

Columbia Contracting LLC has been out four times to repair different areas of our roof when we had leaks or damage. Even though our roof is only nine years old, the original builder did an absolutely terrible job. Today, they had to replace flashing and even roof main support beams because they were rotten from water going under the shingles.

I served in the military for 27 years, and had over a dozen moves. We have had several requirements over the years to have our house roofs repaired or replaced in several states. Columbia Contracting LLC is by far the best I’ve had. They are very professional, courteous and charge a more than reasonable price where I feel compelled to give them a sizable tip because I think they undercharge. I highly recommend them.

I’m so beyond pleased with the service I received from Columbia Contracting to install my new roof. I initially reached out to them to get a second estimate to satisfy the insurance process. However, I ended up selecting them over the other contractor I started with due to their level of professionalism, great communication, and reasonable pricing options. They also had a really efficient online proposal, agreement and payment process, which really added to the professionalism of the experience. They were also super flexible when I needed to change my roofing product at the last minute to comply with HOA guidelines. The day of installation went super smoothly and as promised Erwin came back a couple of days later to do a follow up inspection, check for any trash or debris the crew may have left behind and to see if I had any questions. Well getting a new roof can be a challenge. I filled out an AI form to request roofers for a replacement. Well I wasn't ready for the instant flood of calls that started 15 minutes after initiating the AI feature. However most were robo calling. So that made my job a lot easier. Cause if they are too lazy to pick up a phone and call. Chances are they won't pick up when you have a problem. But several were actually real calls where messages were left. So that's how I narrowed the list down. Had several come out and measure and talk what they did. But really didn't take the time to explain. Just ripped off measurements and quotes not showing me much. The one company I certainly wouldn't deal with is longs. They made an appointment never called or showed up. So I'll eliminate them from any future project.
The one that stood out was Erwin from Columbia contracting. He called left messages and followed up with text. Once he arrived and went over my roofing needs. He made a very professional presentation going thru step by step to what they were going to do. Also had all products on hand so I could see and touch the materials that would be used. After Erwins presentation and some other short cut offers it was clear who I chose. I chose Columbia contacting and they didn't disappoint. They did step by step the way it was described to me in a neat and promptly. I'm really glad I chose Columbia contracting as they were reasonably priced and did a thorough job from beginning thru clean up. Couldn't have asked for a job done better. Shortly after getting my roof we had some really bad storms. High winds driving rain and yet my roof passed the test as nothing flew off and no water got in. I highly recommend Columbia contracting as they did a job well done. I'll be calling them back for my gutters when I replace them.

I had an issue with my siding that I was not comfortable trying to fix so I called up Columbia Contracting. Erwin responded quickly and showed up in a timely manner. I was surprised that the owner met with me to give an estimate. He listened to my needs vs financial situation and gave me three estimates as requested. I did get estimates from other companies and decided to go with this one. Delivery and work estimates were given. The work started within that time. I was told what to expect prior to work starting. The workers were awesome! They explained what they were doing and took pictures throughout so they could show me why they were doing what they were doing. Most work was included in the estimate. The small part that wasn't was clearly documented. The owner had warned before hand that it was a possibility. Basically the owner knows his stuff and knew that the builder of my home had a habit of not installing plywood under siding... Luckily it was only the attic walls... Anyway, I knew going in what was most likely going to be an issue. The project came in under what was expected. BTW, did I mention that the workers were awesome? Because they were.

I found this roofing contractor online during a Google search and based on the reviews I decided to give them a call. They were able to come out relatively quickly to do a free estimate, they provided some great feedback that is in the best interest of the customer which I greatly appreciated. They did a great job installing, not mentioned the clean up after. I was home during the installation and I saw all what came off the old roof around the house, I was truly impressed with the clean up. The price depends on the size of your roof, for the average price is over $9k so if you prepared to spend around that amount you'll be fine. I totally recommend . Yes, it's a business however, they are fully transparent providing you with that peace of mind.

Had Columbia put a new roof on my house over here in Ladysmith. Erwin is a very solid guy and was efficient and effective. Columbia Contracting LLC did a fabulous job with our home and garage roof replacement. We not only rec'd competitive pricing but also information about submitting the roof replacement to our homeowners insurance for a discount, other roofing companies did not mention this to us. The email received for the job was very thorough. We rec'd the quote, signed the contract and they start 4 days later. They were fast and efficient completing the job in one day. Clean up was excellent and there was no evidence left on our property that we even had a roof replacement that day. We are super pleased with the quality of work and the general manager, Erwin's, accessibility to our questions prior to the roof replacement, during, and his after inspection of the job.

I recently had Columbia Contracting come build a screened in porch for my residence. I have nothing but amazing things to say about the team and the company. When I first reached out about receiving a quote, I was called within 5 minutes of me submitting online. Erwin was amazing to talk to and guided me through everything I wanted and needed. Oh and did I mention that they were 10,000 dollars cheaper than the competition?
Once the work started, they were there early every morning and worked until the end of the day. All of the employees were extremely professional and nice. They always waved when I took my dog for a walk. The owner came out multiple times to make sure everything was running smoothly. At the end of the project, I can only say I was happy with everything. My wife said "this is now my favorite place in the house."They worked around my water spigot and even made a small trapdoor so I still had access. I would recommend this company for every project and give 10 out of 5 stars if possible. You can truly see that the father and son put their heart and soul into this company, and only produce the best.

Mr Serrano and his contacting team did a great job installing my new roof. He was extremely helpful, professional and patient, he explained the whole process of replacing the roof in detail, what products would be used, how long it would take and even showed me pictures of how it would look after. When I say these guys did an excellent job, I mean they really did an excellent job. The team was on time, they installed the roof the same day. They left no trash behind it was like they were never there. I highly recommend Mr. Serrano and his team to install your roof. His contractor also had to replace the drywall in my bathroom from my roof leaking. Yes, all the work was completed same day. I am very pleased with my new roof. I also see they install decks. I may have to hire them again real soon..

It was a pleasure getting to know Erwin the two times he showed up to my property. I should have paid attention to the sign. On 4/4/24 it was scheduled to meet with me to go over the project but it was a no show. I had to reach out and ask if they were coming. We are not prefect and apologized so I gave them the benefit of the doubt. The quote was fair and within the budget. As I got the HOA approved in May 2024, I informed this to Erwin. And since 5/31/24, the project has not been completed yet. I have reached out a month later and comes back to me saying “I need to check it with my dad” “you are on the list”. There was no communications during the wait. I can tolerate the wait if it was communicated by them that there is a delay. I called over the weekend and expressed this and told me by Sunday I would get an update if not then late Monday. Still zero update. It is now August 2024 and still no update. I can’t rate on how quality the service is since the project was not done, but customer service is not the best nor the accountability. Erwin is very respectful. Other than that I would not suggest this company to anyone due to the fact of lack of accountability/communication. I would hate anyone to be in my position (the chase) and feel like your project did not matter and they will continue to postpone without informing you. I’m sure there was a miscommunication with their team but respectfully I did my best as a customer and patiently waited. Best of luck to all.

Columbia contracting is probably the best contracting service out there right now. They made our deck and screen porch, and not only did they do an amazing job they were able to do it all within our budget. Erwin and Herbert always pay attention to all things you need done and make sure things are done how you want them. If someone else is looking for contractors I would 200% recommend them. Columbia Contracting made my roof replacement as painless a process as possible. Starting with the initial consultation which, when I normally fill out the forms on the websites, most companies respond a few days later. Erwin called the same day and made an appointment to do the roof inspection. He showed up exactly when promised and used a drone to conduct a confirmation inspection of what he had already researched prior to his visit. The customer service and commitment to appointments is second to none.

The professionalism with erwin is out of this world, first off I had another company referred to me by my Neightbor to get a new roof. I had the company come for inspection, submitted the claim through my insurance. Which approved new roof. Got the check in the mail and the original company went out of business. I was referred by my father-in-law to call erwin at Columbia contracting. He came next day. And was even able to beat my original claim price. From the time I signed the contract for the new roof on a Thursday. He had my roof on my house by the next Wednesday. my wife and 2 kids were home and watch most of the process and she was extremely happy with how well the were being diligent of my neighbors, flowers and grass as I live in a townhouse. 1000% Recommend Columbia contracting for any of your home remodeling needs. Such an incredible experience having our roof replaced. Erwin was kind and personable. He took the time to explain everything that needed to be repaired and answered all my questions before I could ask.
The crew showed up all on time and were fantastic. Roof was done in half a day and their clean up left everything around the house spotless. Erwin came back and did a final check of everything and ran a magnet again around the house like he said he would.
I had the opportunity to meet Mr. Serrano (Father) a couple years ago for an estimate to replace the roof back then. Unfortunately we were unable to afford the replacement then but he offered to make some repairs to carry us over. I promised Mr. Serrano that when we were ready to replace the roof we would use his services and we did and were not disappointed.
We plan on using them again for other projects without hesitation.

The proposal was presented with Everything in it, license, insurance, about the product, explanations of every breakdown of prices and product. The price was a good value. When we had any question or concern, it was addressed immediately. He even worked with our insurance adjustor to show it was hail damage. Erwin is a very good communicator.
