Columbia Ace Hardware

The town of Stevenson, Washington is very small; so I am thrilled there is an ACE Hardware store. The staff is always courteous and gives me suggestions on my projects! Thank you!!

This place is always great. The owners are super helpful and knowledgeable and just good folks, same goes for their employees. They always lend a hand and are hard workers for sure.
If they dont have it, they know where to get it as local as possible. Imagine all the things you could build or fix, the possibilities are endless!

Very convenient and helpful folks. Out in the woods and broke a part on my chainsaw. Called them and they had the part in stock.

Great service. The staff is very friendly and helpful. It's a smallish store, but you'll usually find what you need for most projects, and they can order stuff if necessary.

The people that work here in the Stihl department are knowledgeable and work hard to help. We're from out of town and felt at home. Much better than your every day customer service. And we got our specialty parts quickly and correctly. Very happy and will definitely be back for parts and or service.

Their prices are a lil high but theyre convenient which makes the difference, BUT the owner is rude and disrespectful to customers and employees, I try not to go in while shes there. And when I do have to go in while shes there I definitely avoid her at all cost... but other then the owner all of the employees are amazing and wonderful... I'd give 4 stars if not for her

Absolutely love this store. THE best staff! They make things which are so mundane, like picking up an extra bolt, enjoyable. Excellent knowledge and advice, too!

Associates are very knowledgeable and helpful. Place is clean and organized. Prices are not as expensive as someone might think for a small town. I love the place and don't have one bad thing to say about them.

Finally! A place that has metal "No trespassing" signs. Seems like a strange thing BUT these are the only "real" signs that stand up for years to come and cannot be removed as easily by people!

So helpful and friendly. Les has been here forever and probably one of the most personable sweet people I know, right along with all the rest of them. The universe found everyone good in customer service, that come with a beautiful smile and dropped them here at True Value Hardware Stevenson Wa.

Hardest working man in Stevenson works in this store, helluva nice guy too...kicking myself trying to remember his name...ill call him Less.

My favorite hardware store. Owers are great and the offer almost everthing I need. Great place to go buy gifts for people birthdays or whatever party you are going to. Lots of great little nik nak things or decorations for all different kinds of likes. Love this place.

Great Customer Service. Friendly Helpful Staff. They are familiar with their products and if they don't have it they will try to find it. I have often come with a problem and they have made helpful suggestions for solutions!

Love these guys. They always surprise you with stuff you need but don't think they'd have. Love the garden/gift side just as much.
