Rapid scheduling when other roofing companies I contacted were uncertain and looking at weeks out was a major plus. The work itself was great, very professional both during and the following clean up. Worked with the insurance claims agent effectively as well. Would definitely recommend for roofing needs.

Colorado Roofers did an excellent job at replacing both the roof and gutters on my single family house after a hail storm came through my neighborhood in late spring 2019. I worked with Dima who helped me from start to finish and exceeded all of my expectations! He worked with me and my insurance company to ensure the process went smoothly and seamless. I was always left in the loop and everything was throughly explained to me. I’m extremely satisfied with the finished product and I would highly recommend their services to anyone!

It was a pleasure working with Keith of Colorado Roofers. He was very knowledgeable and made the experience painless. I needed the job done in a timely manner and his crew knocked out my large roof in one day. My yard was spotless when they were done and they even took a large pile of branches I needed moved to the dump. I will be using their services in the future and definitely recommend them.

I called Colorado Roofers after speaking with a few other companies that refused to work with me because I wasn’t going through my insurance. Keith came by and took a look, and also helped talk through my insurance problem with me and gave me some helpful tips for navigating that. Very personable and I could tell he really cared about helping me. He even offered to clean out my gutters while he was as up there! Whaaaaaat?! Amazing. The roof is done now, and it looks great. Very happy with this company, which was like working with friends.

Colorado Roofers did a great job on the exterior of our house. The roof itself was completed in about two days and looks fantastic. Dima worked with our insurance company during the entire process ensuring nothing was missed and continued to keep the communication lines open with us in the process.

Colorado roofers repaired my roof in October, 2018. We interviewed several people for the job but we were very impressed with Dima. He was receptive and told us step by step what his roofers were going to do and gave us a time frame. The roofers completed the job in one day and picked up around the yard. Dima (owner) and Keith (site supervisor) did a great job managing our roof replacement following the June 2018 hail damage. These are the aspects that were notable and drew me to recommend with a full 5 stars:

+ Walked the roof and yard with the insurance inspector, pointing out roof and property damage. Spotted additional property damage that I could repair myself (window screens, repaint fence), thus helping to soften the deductible blow.

+ Flexible on work start date and got the job done in mostly 1 day with a quick visit the next day to address a slight (5 piece) shortage of peak shingles.

+ Used upgraded Class 4 shingles at no additional charge. This resulted in a $600 annual savings on my home insurance bill (about a 25% discount). I can see the difference in thickness even from standing in the yard.

+ Expert analysis of workmanship to have the roof crew tweak their work.

+ Crew did a fantastic job keeping the job site clean by using large tarps, ‘dumpster on a trailer’ and multiple electromagnet sweeps to pick up fallen nails.

+ Engaged insurance to explain and get agreement of supplemental costs above the original assessment.

+ Added in high-profile peak shingles at no extra cost to give the peaks a ‘stand out’ look.

+ We decided to forgo getting the gutters replaced (still in good shape and didn’t want to bother with a repaint to match) and this was not a problem to make that change after initially signing and before any work was done.

Like many Colorado residents on the front range, I went through a period of time when roofers where knocking on my door nearly every day, trying to sell me their roofing services. What most people don't know about the roofing industry is that there are contractors who travel with the hail storms. So a lot of those companies aren't even native to the State where the damage has taken place. Therefore they have no incentive to make sure the job is done well, they will be gone in a few months. So I waited to fix my roof, until I found a company that I could trust and that was Colorado Roofers.
Extremely responsive, helpful, and able to facilitate a discussion with my insurance company that ensured I was covered for all the repairs that were necessary to get my roof back into shape after the last hail beating. I have a unique situation with some tube sky lights that were cracked in the last storm, and these were not an issue to replace. Colorado Roofers is professional, courteous and they take great pride in their work. My roof looks amazing, it makes such a difference to the aesthetics of my property and I highly recommend Colorado Roofers to anyone who is entertaining getting their roof repaired or replaced.

Wonderful Service! Very responsive by phone and e-mail. I was away when Colorado Roofers replaced my roof - they left everything so clean that (aside from the fact I had a new roof) I would never have known they'd been there. Quality work too - the roof looks great!

We contacted Colorado roofers for an estimate when we thought we just needed to re-roof our porch and Dima came out promptly and got us the info we needed. He explained everything and answered any questions we had and was great to talk with. Sadly we needed more than a re-roofing job for our situation, we're going to require a rebuild of our porch and so we have to go a different route. So while we aren't going to be able to use the services of Colorado Roofers, we would be happy to recommend them because of how profession and courteous the interaction was. Their price was more than fair and they were willing to work with whatever our schedule needed.

Dima at Colorado Roofers handled all the damage my house rec'd after the hail storm in May. Not only the roof, but the gutters and down spouts as well as repair to the vinyl bay window in my kitchen. He worked with the insurance company as well and was very professional and detail oriented. Through out the whole process, he kept me informed and if there were any issues afterwards, he promptly addressed them and made sure everything was done and house was returned to the condition it was before the storm. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him and Colorado Roofers to friends and family. I also would use him again if need be (hopefully not though)!

After calling 3 other roofing companies to come and look at our roof, we had 3 no shows, super frustrating. Then I saw Eric at my neighbors house checking out their roof. He happily took a look at ours when he was done with the neighbors and found no hail damage. Super quick and easy to work with!

We have a large, complex roof and are at 8500 feet near Rocky Mountain National Park. It took some time, but when they were finished, the inspector climbed up on the roof, looked around, and said "This is the way it's supposed to be done!". High praise from an inspector.
