Ron gave excellent estimate. The crew arrived out and worked on hot days. Shannon and his crew took care of the added room with flat roof and some dry-rot and replaced facia and prior termite damaged joist that I requested them to take care of and I didn't mind paying extra for their framing expertise. Roof passed city inspections. Chris finished the project and picked up ladder that was left for inspector and payment check. Renee, Gianna and Chase in the office were nice to deal with. Satisfied for now and I will call them for any roofing needs.
