New roof was result of hail damage. Colorado Native owner and crew were very responsive with all communication on site and with our insurance company. In addition, the subcontractor they used to remove and replace our solar panels did a great job. It did take a little longer to complete than I had anticipated but weather played a role. We were one of three houses on our block that had a new roof installed by Colorado Native and all three owners are pleased with their new roof. I watched other companies replacing roofs in our hail damaged subdivision and very glad we went with owner Tom Stoffel and his company. Bottom line is that I would not hesitate to use Colorado Native again on my next roof replacement.

Colorado Native replaced our roof in 2024 after a massive hail storm. They were professional, curious and did a fabulous job on the roof. We now have the best shingles that are available on the market and the owner walked us through all the details regarding the workmanship and materials warranty. They will come out if we ever find an issue with the roof and take care of it. I highly recommend Colorado Native for all your roofing and exterior needs.

I explained to Tom that we did not have a lot of money for some gutter extenders and an 8 foot long hot tub screen because my wife has cancer and we have extra expenses. He said, it would not be a lot though”, and refused to give me an estimate to complete. then charged me $8275.86 and told me Happy Thanksgiving”. Yeah, it’s gonna be great, Tom.

Define 5 star- excellent service, quality product, and customer care. After some research we had 2 roofers check out our house after a big hailstorm. We chose Colorado Native. Both companies had great reps but Colorado Native was another step up. The western exposure of our roof showed extensive wear. Our roof was almost 10 yrs old but the independent estimator thought it was over 15 yrs. Colorado Native was able to determine an air flow issue within the attic and discussed options for a remedy. You might say a company could do that just to make more money. In our case our son's house (3 doors down and older construction) was also evaluated by Colorado Native before our house was and they told him he did not need a new roof. Say no more. Our house was hit by a nasty storm that caused damage to roof, gutters, siding, windows, paint, fencing - everything. Tom, Courtney and the whole Colorado Native crew were very professional and worked with us all the way through the process from insurance to completion. The people at Colorado Native are amazing! Very easy to work with, and fought for us to make sure that the insurance was covered appropriately. On site, the team was professional and very conscientious. I have a very skittish dog and they were incredibly understanding of the situation. Clean up was also immaculate--we've not found a single stray nail--also a good thing for our pups! Would definitely call Chaz and team again if needed!

After a large hail storm I started to meet with the various Roofing companies in the area. I met with 6 different roofers and Colorado Native Roofing & Exteriors was straight forward and gave the best value from premium shingles to upgraded ventilation. They even made a promise and some type of guarantee that there would be no nails after the job. I really did not believe this, but I honestly never found a darn nail. They also dealt with the insurance company which was a major plus in my book. Tom and his team at Colorado Native Roofing & Exteriors exceeded my expectations.

Colorado Native company is excellent to work with! After the hailstorm last summer 2023 we needed a new roof. Tom Stoffel takes time to go over his estimate and helped us add roof vents that have significant ability to keep our upstairs cooler. Tom, Courtney and the entire team are wonderful to work with. Tom gave us great ideas and suggestions on how to improve the look of our home as we worked with him on replacing our siding. He also noticed that our roof had hail damage which we then worked with Courtney to navigate the insurance claim process. The team showed up on time, worked diligently putting in some long days to get this project done. As with all projects there were some unexpected discoveries once the old siding was removed. They did a wonderful job of working on the fly and making suggestions on how to improve the structure and insulation of our home. The siding team was skilled and meticulous in their installation process. Any questions or issues in the process were quickly addressed. The roofing team I never even met as I left the two days that they removed and installed the new roof. Each team took the time to clean up before leaving which is a huge task with all the nails coming off the house. Gutters and painting were done quickly and efficiently. Troy, the painter, was also wonderful at giving suggestions and taking care of last minute changes. Colorado Native were truly wonderful to work with and we have referred our friends and family to them.

We absolutely LOVE this company. They did such a great job with our roof replacement that we hired them again to do the concrete repair on our back patio! We plan to use them again once the price of lumber goes down to build us a permanent backyard patio cover structure. We are so happy with all the work they've done so far, they'll be our go-to!

I was the victim of a local criminal contractor, who installed a roof on my house that was garbage, that failed county inspection, that needed to be replaced. This criminal (ira Siegel @ Colorado Storm Solutions) refused to make it right. My only recourse was to take to social media to warn others about this lowlife. Brian Barnes of Colorado Native came across one of my postings and reached out to assist. Within days, Brian came to the house to inspect the roof. Brian then reached out to roofing shingle manufacturers to seek donated materials to lower the costs, as well as donating crew time to make this possible. I have never experienced such a reaction from a business previously, a local contractor with a true sense of community to right a wrong. I could not recommend any business, or service, more than I could recommend Colorado Native. And the previous contractor, well, he lost his licensing privileges in the Larimer County as a result. If you have an interior or exterior project and are seeking a contractor you can trust, Colorado Native is the contractor- quality work, integrity, and a sense of community.

We had the company replace our roof and gutters. From start to finish, they were clear, concise, efficient and went out of there way to make this experience as easy as possible. Their marketing strategy is on point with current trends.

From dealing with the insurance company and HOA forms, to literally walking around the house multiple times to pick up any debris or nails, they are certainly on top of their game.

They identified out-dated and underlying issues from the previous installation, then communicated to me that they would bring everything up to code.

Their pricing guarantee is outstanding guaranteeing that I will only have to pay my insurance deductible. Anything above that, they cover. Wow!

Extra effort example: The project manager on site cleared a path of shingle debris and nails, so I could take my dogs outside, throughout the day.

Colorado Native Roofing & Exteriors (henceforth just CNRE) were fantastic to work with whilst installing a new roof on my property.

Some small businesses are great at marketing, approach-ability and communication, some others are great at execution, yet others with customer service and support. Rarely is one business the exemplar of all these qualities. CNRE is one such entity.

The marketing materials were succinct and to the point. Brian with whom I interfaced the most, was just outstanding--friendly, communicative, and always immediately responsive.

John, whom we met post-roof installation also embodied the same aura of realistic professionalism. The third principal--Tom, whom I did not meet but interacted over email was also very professional and friendly.

Finally the actual roof installation proceeded smoothly and as forecast. They were at the property supervising the work and keeping an eye on general progress. A photo link was updated as milestones were completed. I was kept in the loop all the way.

No untoward promises were made and all that was stated was met. There was a huge attention to detail which was truly appreciated. There was no hard sell, no unctuous over promises--just straight honest explanations of what was going to be done, how it was going to be accomplished, and what we should expect.

I am quite technical and all my questions were answered readily and competently.

Finally, CNRE embodies one of the rarest qualities that you can find in a person or a business, which immediately draws you in. Very simply, they (Brian, John, Tom) never said NO to anything reasonable that i asked. It was always a "yes" or a qualified "yes", and always with a smile, which made us feel fantastic.

I can not say enough good about our experience with Colorado Native Roofing. Upon calling them they came out right away and did a thorough roof review complete with photos. They worked with our insurance company and even met our insurance adjuster on site to discuss the findings and answer any questions. Not only did they do a thorough and prompt roof installation they always answered calls and emails promptly. Most impressive is that all three owners shared being on the site during the new roof installation. Each of them reinspected the work after it was done to make sure everything was correct. They were very thorough. They added extra value by advising us our dryer vent on the roof was completed blocked with lent which could have been a serious fire hazard. All of the owners and the workers were kind, knowledgeable, thorough and paid attention to every detail. I truly have never had a better customer satisfaction experience. As the cherry on top, their company made a charitable donation to a cause of our choice with a portion of the roof payment. I love that they care about our community as well as their company. Colorado Native does all different kinds of work on the exteriors of homes from gutters, new driveways, siding, outdoor kitchens, etc.. Well with my experience with Colorado native as a Colorado native we don’t hang door flyers on peoples doors at 5 AM in the morning this day of age with Motion cameras to notify you when somebody’s on your property and it’s clearly time not to be on your property dogs barking because I know too that nobody else should be on your property at 5 AM in the morning and then continuing to leave the door brochure when are the no soliciting sign if you’re wondering why I gave you two stars because you didn’t ring my doorbell.
