Colby Morton Roofing and Gutters

I called Colby on a Tuesday night before a snow storm in regards to a second story shutter about to fall off our house. His guys were out here the next morning to fix the issue and they realized there were other shutters that needed tightening too! A+ service as always. I've been using Colby for almost 10 years now and I've never been disappointed. Thank you Colby and team!

We had some leaking areas around the vent pipes of our roof. Colby came out and got the job well and quickly. We would use him again, especially since we prefer to support local contractors.

Consistently did not show up when scheduled and never gave notice they wouldn’t be coming. I had to call every time to figure out where they were. They also regularly showed up unannounced, typically while we weren’t home and would walk around our property. The siding work was good, but the trim they put up had to be painted. I probably would have been better off painting it myself as entire sections of trim were missed, the siding was painted on, and I can see every brush mark. We will not be hiring them back to complete our siding project. Overall I wouldn’t recommend.

Called these folks on a Saturday about a leak. They came out , told me what the problem was and were professional, and awesome! I would highly recommend them. Good ol trustworthy country boys that know what they’re doing. You won’t go wrong.

We love Colby Morton Roofing! Absolutely wonderful service and very reasonable costs. This company is both professional and courteous. Colby did work for us a few years ago when we were preparing our previous home for sale. We were impressed with his hard work and enthusiasm. He actually looked for ways to help us save money! Colby Morton roofing and gutters is a great company to work with. I had them come out shortly after a hail storm passed through our town. Colby inspected my roof and found multiple spots of hail damage. I contracted with Colby to replace the roof and gutters on my home. The process was made even easier due to the professionalism of Colby. Colby had his workers come out and roof my house and outbuilding and changed the gutters on my home. The whole process only took a couple of days. They did an excellent job on my roof and I have had many compliments on the quality and looks of my roof. I have recommended Colby's to several friends and I would definitely use Colby again if the need ever arises. Colby was very responsive to any questions that I had.

Very Disappointed, with The Sub Crew that was sent to replace my roof. Chimney leaked within days.. Gutters are holding water and the Worst Part Of The Job Is The Front of My Home Where They Staged The New Shingle's To be installed.. I Now Have A DITCH in my Sheeting DUE TO OVERSTACKING TO MANY PACKS AND OR SLAMMING THE SHINGLE'S DOWN, DAMAGING THE SHEETING, Which Looks HORRIBLE. Right after they left, My Wife got ROOFING NAILS in both her cars. Left Front on Her Ford Escape, And Two Tires BLEW on the Interstate ON Her MINI COOPER. ALL THE TIRE'S HAD ROOFING NAILS IN THEM. Fortunately She Wasn't Hurt, And NO other Cars were involved. This could have been more serious, had the traffic been heavy. We had the car Towed Home. We later picked up 1/2 Gallon Of ROOFING NAILS. We STILL have NO REPAIRS OR CORRECTIONS COMPLETED ON OUR ROOF, EXCEPT FOR THE CHIMNEY LEAK. THE CEILING IS WATER DAMAGED DUE TO THE CHIMNEY LEAK. THE RESPONSE I GOT WHEN I CALLED TO REPORT THE PROBLEM'S EACH TIME WAS: ALL I EVER DO IS COMPLAIN. IF THE JOB HAD BEEN DONE RIGHT, THERE WOULD BE NO COMPLAINT'S. VERY DISAPPOINTED.. UPDATE: 7-8-23 Colby Sent Out His Associate, Ed who very thoroughly went over the damage to my roof. He immediately scheduled their crew to come out and make the necessary repairs to the damaged truss/rafter in my roof. They also removed the damaged sheathing and replaced the entire area with new Shingle's. Job Well Done. They were on the spot and made it Simple For The Customer.

Colby and his team have been incredible throughout this experience. From the beginning, Colby was a very hands-on contractor that handled my roof repair. I was having water come in my basement because of overflowing gutters. Colby's replaced 2 inadequate gutters with larger ones and added a new down spout. Problem solved! They showed up on time, did a great job, and left the area neat and clean. I recommend them.
