Mike and his father scheduled a total pressure wash job on my house, fence and driveway including pool enclosure and gutters. They did a fantastic job. Pool enclosure came out way better than we thought. Really did a fantastic job. Will definitely be calling them again for any pressure washer needs. Thanks so much. Needed to have super gutter cleaned out, saw this company on nextdoor I am so glad I did. They came cleaned off entire roof and all cleared all gutters, sent pictures and cleaned up like they were never here. Will definitely be using them again.

Mikes attention to detail with both pressure washing and aeration service is phenomenal. My house is looking spotless and my backyard has really filled in since his aeration. Great service !

They came promptly, and followed up again after I forgot to text my email address for the quote. Their quote was reasonable and they got us in their schedule as quick as they could. I used coastal property maintenance to power wash my house, and I just wanted to say he did an excellent job. He did not make a big mess. He was prompt and when he said he would do something he did it you don’t find that much anymore with business owners, I will definitely be using him again in the spring.

The quality of their professionalism, knowledge and work is unmatched. Based on the first call and meet, I can tell they were honest with great pricing which is so hard to find anymore. Every other estimate I received was atleast $100 more. I had them power wash my drive way and sidewalks as well as trimmed my bushes and mow the lawn. Mike was the one who came out to give me an estimate and do the work. I could not be happier and I recommend Coast Property Maintenance to everyone. 5 stars!!!

They are amazing! Extremely reliable which is hard to find in my area. Always take care of the lawn and edging. They are also so nice and great to work with. Highly recommend!

I am so glad I found this company, and I have been using them since I moved to the area. They are incredibly reliable; they always show on my scheduled day and even let me know if the yard doesn't need the cut. They are very professional, and do beautiful work and clean up. I have used them for lawn care (mow and edge), powerwashing, and they treated the driveways oil stains so it looks like new. I am very happy with their quality of work and will absolutely be using them as long as possible!
