Went to several places to get metal roofing & was ultimately referred here by a contractor. I thought the kind of great customer service they give was gone forever, but they proved me wrong. I haven’t seen that high level of service & knowledge in years. They had exactly what I needed & matched my existing metal roof (from another place). Extremely satisfied. Don’t go anywhere else.

Spoke with multiple vendors and manufacturers in the area; good luck getting a response from anybody. Every time I've called; John Folk has answered the phone and provided me with legitimate quotes from other manufacturers and provided me with lead time. He also included the screws in the quotes to make sure the job was done right and explained the spacing needed to secure the material. I've never called and have not received an answer and will be coming back in the future. Can't put a price tag on customer service. Highly knowledgeable, great customer service and experience and will get you what you need quickly. Can not speak more highly of this company. Andy (I think was his name) loaded the roofing into my trailer and didn't miss a beat, everything went smoothly from the transaction to the loading. Thank you all.

Came back and same experience, wife called this time and received the same service...can't miss a beat with John. Logistically speaking, found my old order to put in a new within minutes and quoted me over the phone on some other material and sheet metal. Don't plan on shopping anywhere else.

The customer service is great John & Andy were very friendly and tried to be helpful. However there were a lot of discrepancies when it came to delivery. My parents were told A for certain Friday delivery and didn't end up getting materials until Monday afternoon. Had the company they choose to use not had an availability come up (thank goodness) it would've been weeks/months longer that the materials would've had to sit and potentially get stollen or damaged. Not very pleased with this aspect of things.
