Absolutely the best company I have ever had the pleasure of working with! They made my roof look AMAZING plus the warranty deal is unbeatable by any other company around!! Plus they are professional and kept me updated with all the progress.

Overall I am satisfied with the job that C&N did. Unfortunately, the customer relations could be better. I was told the other roofs would be looked at, but they were not. I was told I would be sent photos, but was not. I was told I would be contacted by phone when the job was done, but again, was not. One could get the impression they were not proud enough of their work to show it to me. Instead, it was almost like they sent me a text as they were hauling a** out of the parking lot, saying, "We're done! Peace out!"
I like to be hands on, and like to give good feedback to my supervisors on what was done. I like to be informed when I do that, plus, I like to learn how things are done. It would not have taken more than a couple of minutes to answer questions and cultivate a relationship with the possibility for future jobs, instead I was left disappointed. There are no shortage of roofing companies.

Storm damage repairs are speedy and the follow up has always been thorough.
