We are totally excited about our new Atlas gutter helmet system! Rick, Cody, Will, Riley, and Bryson did a great job! Everything was done professionally and they made sure we were satisfied with everything. Rick explained all maintenance and the work they did as well as the warranty and service options. Great job and thanks, Atlas!

They use AI to communicate with you for scheduling. The AI booked me for a quote during the day and I left work early to accommodate. Turns out the company wasn't aware of the meeting and it was for work they said they can't even do, despite the AI telling me they could. Look elsewhere, there is a ton of locally owned and run companies in Michigan who hire real people instead of outsourcing to AI.

Part 1 of my bathroom renovation is now complete. The installer, Joe Grimm did an excellent job. He was friendly, courteous, neat and timely. He made my new shower look like a piece of artwork. His attention to detail really caught my attention, but his follow-thru, communication and trustworthiness REALLY meant everything to me!

Atlas did a great job putting in a shower with all the safety features for my 88 year old mother. James, along with Ryan and Chad, did a great job as her installers. The shower looks great and they cleaned up everything, including sweeping out her garage before they left. Sarah followed up with us to make sure the job was done right and was very informative. The Kordell arrived at the time scheduled and explained what his procedure would be and how long it would take. He inspired trust. While other tradesmen were working on the electricity around the house, Kordell worked efficiently assembling and installing my stair lift. It was installed with no disturbance to surrounding walls, furniture, etc. I worked in my office until he finished. He patiently explained the operation of the stair lift to me, answering my questions about the controls, and safety. I then operated the stair lift up and down first with Kordell's supervision and then independently . I am totally satisfied and confident that I can take full advantage of this new safety and convenience devise.

Would recommend Atlas to everyone! We had a shower installed and it looks amazing! James Oliver and Christian Golm who installed were so great! They did the best job. Hard workers, so professional, and very kind. 6 star!

I had terrible experience with this company and would not recommend! They give you a sales pitch out of this world that sounds so great that makes you sign a contract thinking your gonna get a new tub/shower just for 7 months to roll around a job was never even started. Dealing with a company like this, know what you’re getting into. Make sure you have them give you a specific date that your project will be started and or finished because don’t expect them to be 100% transparent. They may be understaffed or booked out, just make sure you know that otherwise you’ll be out of half of your down payment which is thousands if you choose to cancel

Patrick White was timely, courteous, well prepared, resourceful and efficient.
He paced his work and left the site clean and neat. He is the type of tradesman we need!

Took longer than expected to get the work started, but once things got going it was first class. Joey was a pro and everything went down exactly how they laid it out initially.

I had a tub to shower replacement done and the job went very smooth and turned out great! Joe Grimm was the installer and was very efficient, polite and a hard worker. He kept me informed along the way of what he was doing and the city inspectors were out twice and approved the job he did without and concerns. I recommend Atlas to anyone looking for home improvements!

We had Zac Ptrice from Atlas Home Improvement install Handrails in our ceramic tiled shower. He had to anchor the rails into the tiles and it took quite a bit of time, but he did a great job. The handrails really helped!

Parents had work done a couple years ago. They did a good job on the shower. They corrected the wrong toilet seat that was installed with the new toilet. They refused to call back related to the "glazed" countertops. After about a week the countertops started to scratch quickly/easily. They called to ask why and get this resolved, but no one would call back. They called numerous times. So I'd just avoid them based on this. They seem to have good reviews and did ok work, but attention to detail and customer service are lacking.

We just had our Bathroom remodeled by Atlas, I will tell you it was a great experience. The entire process was top notch. Our Sales rep was James. He was a true professional. Help out with all of our questions and made great recommendations. He di not try to up sell and pressure us. We told him our needs and he did a great job with the set up and keeping in budget! The staff inside was great as well. Sarah was our contact and she was great getting updates to us and guiding us through the process. The installers, James and Christian, were very good at what they do. James was spot on with all the features and did a great job bringing the entire experience together! James and Christian did a great job on keeping us up to date on their progress and going beyond customer service standards. Very professional installers. They started and finished when they said they would and answered all questions we had about the care or the unit and gave some really good tips on cleaning the walls. We are beyond pleased with Atlas Home Improvement. We selected them for some recent warranty work on a shower install, and the job went beautifully. Our installers Tom Heiss and Jayme Reniff were spectacular. Darren, the field manager also came and helped with the work. They were all professional, timely, and extraordinarily talented. They did a demolition and remodel over a two-day period, and we are extremely happy with the results. Their confidence showed in their work, and they are very proud to work for Atlas, which is nice to hear. We recommend Atlas for their excellent customer support, quality product, and most of all their dependable and professional installers.

I have to say that I love my finished product but getting the job completed was very frustrating. I ordered my bathroom in November and received the finished product in November. Initally they were good about sending me text messages and then after the 10 week mark there was no communication. I would call the office numbers and leave messages and no one would call me back. When I finally did speak to someone they blamed the delay on my city and the permits, 5 weeks later we installed without a visual inspection. They won't do future work for me. Unfortunate because the installers are great. I hope Jacuzzi realizes how bad this company represents their product.

Hired Atlas to do a tub to shower conversion after a sales pitch at Home Depot. I had checked their reviews online and felt confident in going with them. The quality of work is fantastic. Everyone involved in the actual construction were highly professional and cared deeply about their role in the process. Matt was in charge and did a great job in communicating through out the process. When I showed concern that their was no light overhead in the shower which I felt was a safety concern for my husband Matt was on top of it and helped us with a change order and took control over the changes and everything went smoothly. He also realized earlier that we would benefit from having the ceiling dropped a bit which required a drywall person to come in as well who also did a great job. The reason I gave them 4 stars instead of 5 was because of the timeline involved. Our salesman Brian told us in writing that the custom shower enclosure takes 4 weeks to build at the factory but didn’t tell us the factory was seriously behind schedule. We were prepared to have to wait for the actual install to be in late January after signing in mid October but only started getting text about the process getting started at that time. I called the office to verify and was then told how far the factory was behind. After looking over all the notes in our contract did we discover the project wasn’t expected to be completed until February or March not counting the delay in getting Michigan Shower door to complete their end. In all it took over 6 months which was very frustrating! I feel our salesman was not transparent enough with timeframe involved as well as not catching the need for overhead lighting but am very happy with the quality of work that was performed.

We had a stairlift installed and we love it!! Hunter and Kordell did a great job, cleaned up afterwards and made sure we understood how the lift works, Kordell even gave me his phone number if I needed any questions answered and I did just that!! He answered right away and walked me through the problem. He also installed my shower grab bars and outside grab bar for the front porch. We are very satisfied with everything. I highly recommend Atlas for all your home safety needs. Also a thumbs up to Amy who was wonderful keeping me updated on the making of the stairlift. Great job everyone!!

While it did take a while for the project to start it was worth the wait. Patrick White and Eric Keith (who arrived on the second day) had everything done in 48 hours. Both of these very pleasant young men are hard workers. Because I have an older house with those old colorful ceramic tiles the demo was a lot of work. Patrick did a great job on the demo and clean up after. The finished product is more they we expected. Wonderful customer service as well as excellent workmanship. We will certainly look to Atlas for future projects

Terrible experience. Installed a new shower. They mismeasured and ordered the wrong part. We had to follow up repeatedly on the replacement and installation. Project took much longer than originally estimated. Between the demo and final installation, our shower was unusable for 3 months!

But, when they realized we hadn't signed off on final payment - 2 months after the original signature request - I got five phone calls in a single morning.

The installation itself was good, but would not recommend based on communication issues.

Late posting review. Install 01/2025. Very happy with the shower install. Nick (cowboy boots) didn't get his last name the installer, was excellent in communication & installing the shower & on time. It only took 2 days he worked his butt off. Because the tear out was tough. He had help the 2end day didn't get that guys name. Thanks to both of them. I have already recommended Atlas to a few other people. They liked the look of the shower. Before & after.

It is now 2 weeks since the first job, and my husband and I could not be happier with the work that James Oliver & Joey Grimm did removing the old tub and separate shower and putting in a new shower. Zac P, Christian G, and Jack K then continued with the shower doors, new flooring, and new toilet, plus painting a wall, replacing a towel rack, and adding a threshold piece and base to the flooring. The master bathroom looks fantastic, and all of these gentlemen did such a great job and were so personable; they also left their work areas and the rest of the house totally clean. Can't say enough good things about all the work that was done here. Thank you all.

Just had a tub/shower combo changed to a walk-in jacuzzi tub, and I could not be happier with the job that James O and Chad P did installing this unit! It looks great, and they left the bathroom and rest of the house spotless. They were great at explaining the unit to us. Chad (the electrician) was really helpful getting a dedicated line in there for the tub and coming out prior to the job to make sure there was one accessible. Sarah sent us our updates regularly so that we were kept posted, and thank you Dee for helping me to find out how to post reviews on this site. All of these folks are real gems at helping you get a great job done, and we are really, really appreciative. See you in 2 weeks when we get the master bath shower area redone. Looking forward to it!

My 77 year old very good friend was taken advantage of from Atlas. The shower install took two days with one worker. She complained the one wall was shorter than the other. Three workers and two trucks came to do the repair. All they did was glue a piece of board on the wall and then glued the acrylic. It looks fine but why did it take so many workers to glue a new piece of board on the shower wall. Took two hours. She paid $14000.00 for this shower.

5/1/2025 - project is complete, just added a photo of the sliding glass door that was installed! Simple, clean, wonderful shower. Thanks Atlas!

We recently had a bathroom shower remodel completed by Atlas Home Improvement based out of Whitmore Lake, Michigan, and we couldn’t be more thrilled with the results! The project involved removing a 36-year-old fiberglass shower insert and outdated plumbing, followed by the installation of a stunning new Jacuzzi shower. While the project is nearly complete (with the shower door installation scheduled for tomorrow), the quality and craftsmanship already shine through. I’ve included a picture to showcase the fine work!

A huge thank you to the exceptional installers, Patrick White and Matt Spencer, whose outstanding work truly exceeded our expectations. Patrick and Matt demonstrated remarkable skill and precision during both the demolition and installation phases. Their attention to detail and commitment to using high-quality materials transformed our bathroom into a modern, luxurious space. They even played with our dogs which loved them too!

Beyond their craftsmanship, Patrick and Matt were reliable, punctual, courteous, and left the work area spotless after each day. Their professionalism and care made the entire process stress-free and enjoyable. We’re already looking forward to our next projects—a second bathroom and kitchen remodel—and there’s no question we’ll be calling Atlas Home Improvement again!

Edit: TL;DR They are overscheduled and understaffed, they do not install Home Depot products so I don't know why Home Depot is directing us to them. Ordered a remodel and was given a 3 month estimate, 7 months later my project is still not started.

I ordered a bathroom remodel with atlas home remodeling in October last year. They informed me at the time they were fairly booked up and the project probably wouldn't proceed until shortly after the new year, 6 months later I am still waiting despite receiving an email that all the materials are ready. I called last month and they said they were waiting on a permit to be approved and that things should be ready soon. It's now been 6 months I have been waiting for this project and I've already put down $8000.

Update: Immediately after leaving this review I received a call that my project was indeed ready and they scheduled an install.
On the day of the install the rep they sent out informed me that due to the soffit in my bathroom the wall materials we selected were not viable. He knew this without needing to see the bathroom from the pictures in the file, and I feel like it should have been caught sooner. We decided to change materials and are now once again waiting to be scheduled. I probably should have asked for a refund then but I don't want to have to start the whole process over with another contractor. This was 3 weeks ago, called today to tell me they expect to have materials next week.

Talked with at a home improvement show. Was unable to give even ballpark pricing. Agreed and set up an in home estimate. 3 days later when they called to confirm the appointment, was informed that spouse needed to be there - company policy. Appointment rescheduled to Saturday when spouse would be home.
They are a no show.
Update: Called 20 min after the original appointment and rescheduled for later in the day. Was late to that appointment but did show up. Pleasant to work with in building the bid.

Dave and Kordell did an absolutely wonderful job installing our new stair lift! They were both very friendly and efficient. They were able to answer any questions that we had and did a fantastic job!

Today, Byan & Bryson installed Gutter Helmets along my home. I am hoping these will make regular maintenance easier. I can't speak to there performance yet as it hasn't rained. The crew was efficient, friendly and worked hard. I look forward to having these for many years.

Joe and James did a wonderful job. They were very professional. They did a tub in one bathroom and a shower in the other. We love them both. The only problem I have is the tub is very slippery even with the bottom having raised things to make it not slippery. But the tub is very slippery. I also wish it had something to catch the hair from going down the drain. Have not been able to find a after market that will work. But the work is aussum. Very happy with the work.

We had a tub to shower transformation by Atlas Home Improvement and Francis Leung, James Loren, installers and Josh Shelterd, plumber, did an amazingly stunning job! Pro tip shoppers: I've managed sales for twenty years. When you get these questions they're going to try to sell you the moon. Old outdated tactics that are legitimately born from "making sure the bread winner is home"

I just had my bathroom remodeled by Atlas Home Improvement . They converted a tub shower enclosure into a beautiful walk-in shower, plus flooring, cabinetry, countertop and all the finishes. What a beautiful job!
My experience has been positive throughout the project. From the onset working with Brian from Sales and the Office communication with Danielle right into the Phase 1 Shower Team; Tom H, Ryan M, Chad (Pod leader) and Chad (Electrician) all the way through to Phase 2 Room Remodel Team; Jack, Billy, Rob, Patrick, Christian, Josh and Chad.
Their workmanship is exemplary; quality materials, and craftsmen quality work.
Their professional work ethic; very respectful of our Home, conscientious, accommodating, and helpful.
Also, it was refreshing to see the mentorship example and cohesiveness of each Team. I think they went above and beyond in every aspect, five stars!

Today I had gutters and gutter helmets installed on my garage and sun porch.. The installers assigned were Rick, Ryan, Bryson and Will. I couldn't have asked for a better team. Everything was explained thoroughly, executed with care and careful attention to detail. They were respectful of my property and did a great job cleaning up. The team worked so well together and were joy to be around. I highly recommend.

We had a new tub installed. James O & Joe Grimm did an amazing job. Very professional and nice. Showed up on time. Ask us questions to how we wanted things. My husband had the shower head put up to high and even after it was all done they offered to lower it. The tub looks wonderful. Couldn't be happier. I can't wait to see what the other bathroom looks like when they get it done this week.

I wish I had the shower head put lower and put the shelves in the front. Guess I am stuck with what I got.

Company cancelled initial appointment with me. Unfortunately I work during the day, and could not make a daytime appointment. This company refused to reschedule an appointment with my wife during the day, who is a co-owner and decision make of the home; even after I told this company I gave them consent for them to meet with her. Couldn't get the chance to give this company money, even after essentially begging to come quote the job they initially agreed to do. Disappointing interaction.

We had our 1990s tub converted to a modern/easy shower. We were extremely pleased with our sales person and our install team Francis, Nick, and Ryan. They hustled to finish the project because of a scheduling snafu, which really helped out our family. They couldn't have been kinder or more competent.

So far it’s been over 4 months since I made a 3700$ deposit and no work has been started or scheduled- we call and either leave messages that are not returned or get transferred to another persons desk that goes to VM with no return call - and this is called ViP service. The initial contact Sara says she fields more calls like mine than she would prefer ! I’m hoping for a full refund for this bad faith operation - so far I’d say stay away from this business- and by the way the sales rep James Longs personal assurance has meant nothing as he no longer works at this company ! Beware

We just had a new shower installed this week and it’s gorgeous!!! James Oliver and James L came to do the installation and they did a great job from start to finish. I will definitely use atlas home improvement for my next project.

Atlas! Please, please fix our shower!

Had new tub, surround and fixtures installed in August of 2024. Took a week after being or used it would be 2 days. Installer made mistake with drain and their plumber had to come out to correct it. Finally was inspected, water temp checked and everyone signed off on it.

Within a month water control system began making loud grinding noises. Took weeks to get service. Was told there was debris in the mechanism. The service tech cleaned it and the noise went away.

Two weeks later the noise was back and the pipes were making loud banging noises. It took another month to get service. Same tech came out. He replaced the entire water delivery equipment. He theorized our hot water temp was over 140° and that caused the problem. We have a new water heater set at exactly 120° as is recommended. He had no other explanation.

Two weeks later the water pipe up to the shower started leaking and spurting water at a joint. It has taken weeks to get a response. We are not impressed with the Jacuzzi brand fixtures. Three problems in less than 4 months, all with the Jacuzzi parts.

We requested another brand replacement. Now we are told this would require tearing the entire wall out. So here we sit with an unusable shower 6 months after a very expensive install. Nobody has ever followed up to see if we were satisfied.

Obviously Atlas does a lot of good work. They get a lot of great reviews. But this installation and follow up has been very poor. We can’t find a way to escalate it. It takes weeks to even get a call back. The tech that has come out was not very good in my estimation, he no longer works for Atlas.

All we want as senior citizens is a working shower. So far in 6 months Atlas has not delivered that. The owner has politely communicated but our problems continue. I believe they are a good company. But this is one of the rare unfortunate series of events that has fallen through the cracks.

I’d really appreciate someone at Atlas taking our problem to heart. I love the look and overall installation. But the Jacuzzi water system has been very problematic.

I recently interacted with the folks from Atlas regarding gutter helmets. I cannot say enough good things about the individuals I interacted with. They are honest and of high integrity. The owners have created a company I would be proud to work for. A good company to do business with.

Made sure I was satisfied. Weather v.coldyand it didn't seem to effect them V. Professional v. mature v. flexible felt comfortable with them in my home. Cleaned up everyday.

Nik K. and Axel N. did a fantastic job. They were professional, answered all of our questions, kept their work area's clean, and were on time. I would definitely use them for future projects, and will recommend them to others

One hundred year old homes can potentially come with a lot of headaches when it comes to remodels, and my when we started to plan to upgrade our little full sized bathroom, I braced for all things that might be an issue.

From consult to finish, everyone with Atlas handled everything for us and things went smoothly.

I cannot tell you how in love with my tub to shower conversion I am! My shower is now safe and easily accessible for my retired mom. Justin H. and his team (Tom and Rob) did an absolutely amazing job. I nearly wept with how beautiful it was when they were done.

Phase two was completed by Tom B. and Zac P. and involved new flooring and new fixtures (and the most delicious shade of blue). Again.. absolutely in love with my new bathroom.

I have recommended Atlas to anyone who is thinking of having any work done in their home. Trust me, it is 1000% worth it!

I have nothing but praise for how happy my wife and I with our new walk-in shower. Our installers (Francis L. & Jake T.) were professional, thorough, and always made sure everything was well explained. Some things, like my octagon window, required special cladding to protect the wood - which turned out beautifully. Very satisfied customers who will certainly use Atlas for future projects.

Phase 1 of my bathroom remodel was just completed by Nik K and James Loren. They were both professional and kept me informed throughout the three day shower installation. The shower looks amazing. Definitely 5 star review!

Phase 2 of my bathroom remodel was just completed by Kevin, Patrick, Billy M, Jake, Ken McLann and Jack Kujawa. They all did an amazing job. Billy M was great at handling any issue that came up. He was always upbeat and made the process easier. Ken was very informative and patient with my decision making. Jack did a great job to make sure everything was clean before they left. Definitely a 5 star review.

Tom Heiss came by to install my spa shower head. He was very friendly, kind and efficient. He explained all of the shower head functions, answered several questions I had, and assisted me in adjusting my shower rod. Definitely a 5 star review.

We had our tub/shower converted to a walk in shower. Dave Sampson did the Phase 1 work and did a phenomenal job. He is extremely conscientious and meticulous with his work; our shower looks fantastic. It was a pleasure talking to him and having him in our home and we are very happy with the job. He ran into a couple of issues and worked overtime to be sure everything was done perfectly! Billy and Jack did the Phase 2 work, installing the cabinets, floor, fixtures, and did the drywalling work & painting. They were both just as meticulous as Dave, making sure every detail was perfect and went the extra mile. Billy had done the work on our other shower renovation last summer & we requested him to come back for this job & were so happy he did. Billy & Jack are great guys; we really enjoyed talking with them & appreciated their quality of work & professionalism. Atlas is a great company!

After my preveous nice review, something unpleasant happened: We have yet to receive the promised 10% on
cost Costco card, which is an important part in our decision on this $18k plus project.
I have had quite a few rounds of communication with the salesman over last 2 months.
I will change my rating back to a 5 star after all promises are met.

Just had Phase 2 done in my bathroom today. I am very happy with the work done by Thomas and Julian. I am so happy and impressed with the amazing job the 2 gentlemen did.

Francis Leung and James Oliver were assigned to enhance my bathroom shower. The quality of their workmanship was simply outstanding. In addition, their kind disposition and professional demeanor displayed throughout the performance of work and clean-up efforts, were superlative and I'm grateful they were assigned the project that took place at my home.

Got another update for ya! Recently received a call from a worker at Atlas saying that we never did a final inspection on the job that was finished over a year ago. There was an inspection, but it was only for the plumbing, not the construction. I told that to said person, but they insisted, as I was unaware that there needed to be two done and they never clarified that. A few weeks pass, and then there's a knock on the door, it's an inspector. Had to leave work to come home and deal with this unscheduled and unannounced visit. More time lost to this job that ended over a year a year ago. The total incompetency of this company is unbelievable. Still wondering why Costco is supporting them.

UPDATE: Since the installation, the shower head system has failed to work correctly. A few months ago, it was replaced, but the situation just returned. This job was over $12,000, and we have a shower head system that has failed twice. Not acceptable.

I really hate to be negative, but sometimes constructive criticism is necessary.
We received a Notice for Atlas not completing the permit process via our city. No call backs since the last time we called. And apparently no interest in responding to a less than stellar review after months. Atlas, to keep customers and get recommendations you have to be good at customer service as well.
I cannot recommend a company that doesn't solve issues that arise, or at least communicate if they're backed up.
Still no response for defective part.

Still no improvement in communication a year in; we have not received a response back for a defective part after calling and leaving a message as usual. Taking a star until the situation is taken more seriously.

Update 1
A note about the black shower head; it does not seem to handle high water pressure well. Button continues to get stuck when switching the large shower head. I was able to unstick it once.

They did a Great Job installing and being thorough with explanations. Very kind and helpful.
The only reason they lose a star is because we tried to contact them over and over and kept leaving voicemails right before our project. Communication is a bit of a hurdle and i feel like with expensive projects as such there some be some prompt communication. Waiting for a response for a faulty part still. Once repaired 4.5 stars. Thank you.

I would first like to thank Charlie, who constantly listened to me complain about a shower we installed for my husband, who has mobility issues. Charlie spoke to the right person at Atlas who could help us. Thank you , Charlie, for speaking to the right person and helping to solve our problem. This person was Ken McCann, the operations manager. He came to our home not once but twice to analyze our dysfunctional shower and how it could be changed to suit my husband's needs. He is a very analytical, kind gentleman. Ken sent out his crew, Billy, Jake, and Michael, respectable and hard-working men who did an awesome job. I feel these 5 individuals are a great asset to Atlas home improvements.

Update: we got another bathroom done with Newmeyer Kitchen & Bath. Give them a shout instead of Atlas. You’re welcome ☺️

I have been debating what I want to rate this company. There were 5 outstanding individuals I interacted with in this company which is why I am giving them a 3. Let me start with the good:

1. I love the finished product.
2. The installers were top notch. They cared about my property - used tarps when they couldn’t take their shoes off, cleaned the whole work area afterwards, and took their shoes off when doing paperwork so they didn’t track anything anywhere in my house.
3. One of the bosses of the installers was top notch! He came to my house twice to make sure everything was good. You can tell he does above and beyond work and he genuinely cares about the homeowners being happy with the job.
4. The old permit person was great! She goofed something up with my permits and because of it she went above and beyond to make it better. Everyone’s human I understand goof ups. I appreciated her fixing it! That’s all that matters!

Now the bad…
1. The original sales guy I had was trying to go above and beyond and unfortunately caused a lot of confusion with the company. His boss was supposed to come out within 2 weeks after but then he never did. After 4 weeks I reached out to have someone come out and tell me the same things as the original sales guy, but it wasn’t in writing about my subfloor. When it was time to do the work they couldn’t find half of my project & when they did they said the subfloor wasn’t on the list. The sales manager (the one who was supposed to come out & never did) ended up calling me and asking me “why are you asking for things that aren’t on the contract”. My response was “I guess I didn’t realize it wasn’t specifically in the contract the reason why is because the 2 guys who came out to see my bathroom told me it was included, that’s why I’m asking for it”. They ended up fixing it without any additional charge (mainly because of the one installer boss listed above). I couldn’t believe how rude the very guy whose team/himself messed up was to me on the phone.
2. Like I said…they couldn’t find anything. I had the bathroom shower, flooring, subfloor, & toilet done by this company, first they could only find the shower, then they found the flooring, then they found the toilet, and then finally they agreed to the subfloor. I basically had to fight them on every item other than the shower that I had paid for them to do it…it was very disorganized.
3. The first installer, although I still would recommend him, he also had a few big oopsies when installing. The base wasn’t level or anywhere close to it (wish I took photos but I didn’t), and there was some other little things he didn’t have done for my inspector. I am very thankful my inspector is so thorough otherwise I would probably have a messed up shower. His boss came in basically saying the inspector was out of his league not passing them & had a vendetta against the company ‍♀️. Come to find out the floor wasn’t level because somehow a piece of wood got underneath it. So if the inspector missed it and passed it I would have issues with water pooling in my shower. The guys boss was very unprofessional in talking about the inspector and acting like they did nothing wrong. I don’t care something happened, once again we are all humans and make mistakes. Own up to it and fix it and move on.
4. Because they failed the first inspection everything got pushed back. I had to call the company to make sure they called the shower door company to delay my shower door measure as I didn’t have a shower yet ‍♀️
5. It’s been a month and a half since they’ve installed my stuff & I still haven’t heard about the final inspection. I even reached out…still nothing.
6. I got a call from them on asking how it went. After explaining everything I did above ^ the lady had the audacity to ask me to give them a 5 star review….lol

Edit: 3 years after hiring this company: The original shower installed ended up leaking into our lower level. Atlas came and inspected it, and ended up replacing it for free. However, they lost track of my order and didn’t contact me when the shower came in so we were without a shower for months.

Then, the floor of the second installed shower started creaking and bubbling within 6 months of installation. The faucet was leaking and they did not install an access panel. They came and inspected it (measured wrong and had to return) and said it was again, installed incorrectly, and they would replace it. That was February 2025. It is now July 2025 and I STILL don’t have a working shower; nor am I able to get an update despite calling the company daily for the past week.

Please use caution when using this company. Despite the company replacing their work at no cost to us, this has been a nightmare for us. It’s been an ongoing fiasco since 6 months after the original installation.

Original Installation May 2023: Randy and Kevin did excellent work installing the wet area in our master bath! They were flexible with our schedule regarding arrival time, thorough in explaining the process and went over the care. They took time to answer our questions and had great communication throughout the process! Thank you!
