Torch Window Cleaning

Devin and Brandon from Torch Window Cleaning came to wash the outside of our house, the deck, the windows inside and out, and the gutters. They called before arriving and showed up at the exact time they said they would, so I wasn't stuck waiting around all day wondering when they would arrive. They were careful to wear booties inside the house over their shoes to keep our floors clean, which I appreciated. The house looked great when they were finished! They even washed all the mirrors in the house and the deck furniture. They also watered my plants, removed stickers from the windows that had been baked on for at least 20 years, and pointed out some leaky seals on a few of our windows so they could be on our radar to eventually replace. This team was knowledgeable, professional, worked efficiently, and I felt that they went above and beyond what was expected. I will gladly have them come out to the house again next Spring!

Just recently we had Torch Window Cleaning come out and power wash our house, garage and gutters, and also had them clean all our windows and screens, both inside and out, including all the tracks. The guys that came out were punctual, nice to work with, and really took pride in their work. When they first arrived, we went over all the things that were to be done, and after they completed everything, they asked if we wanted to look to make sure we were satisfied and if there was anything else we needed. We were very happy with the care they took and the great customer service they provided. Torch window cleaning did a great job washing my house and windows. Being next to the lake we had a lot of cobwebs and spider dung (spots) all over the siding. The team was thorough and conscientious, even asking me to review and point out anything they might have missed. They cleaned windows inside and out and they looked fantastic.

TWC did an excellent job powerwashing the house, especially the north end of the house. It was really in bad shape. The crew was very professional and explained their process. 5 stars for sure!

They did a great job cleaning the windows and the siding. This is the second time we’ve used them and been happy both times. Employees are professional and pleasant to deal with.

From the office staff to the crew on site everyone did a fantastic job! Jacob and his co-worker went above and beyond power washing the house first, then cleaning our windows and screens inside and out, even wiping down the window trays. They always removed their shoes when they came in the house too.

Great service, great people, great results. I've worked with Scott and team for a few years now and they are very proficient at what they do and great to work with. I use them for window cleaning as well as pool/deck house, and solar panel power washing. I've been very happy every time they come out and they are priced well. I also recently had them install permanent "Christmas" lights that can be used year round. They even quickly washed my Airstream on the way out, I highly recommend!

We were extremely happy with Torch Window Cleaning! Their men came out to wash windows and power wash a walk way, block wall and pillars. The windows were sparkling when they finished and the walk way, wall and pillars looked brand new again. The men were courteous, professional and conscientious.
