I had Charlie come clean my gutters, I noticed they were clogged and not working with the recent rain storms. He came got it done and even noticed some roof damage from hail! Sent an insurance adjuster out and everything was taken care of! Really is a jack of all trades.
Charlie did a great job fixing numerous items that needed repair prior to the sale of our home. A recent home inspection revealed issues both inside and outside that needed to be resolved.
Charlie helped us with everything from yard projects to weather stripping, caulking, replacing damaged trim inside the house, replacing and/or repairing exterior trim, window sills, installing a new exterior door and more.
He is a good communicator and was always pleasant and enjoyable to work with. I also appreciated his timely response to my phone calls and texts whenever I had questions. We will definitely use Charlie in the future.
