After installing a new rubber roof the roof soon began to leak at the edges. A forensic report made by our insurance company determined that inadequate flashing (workmanship) was the root cause. This company advertises that they guarantee their work (5 or 10 years). This is also specified on their contracts. They have breached their own warranty by refusing to make right their work.
