We had them remove old siding, insulate and new steel siding. I would say I was in no hurry to start or finish, they did a great job & had great communication. No extra charge for the few extras. Tom & his crew were good to work with. Our house looks great!

I have had a horrible experience with this company. Owner is a great salesman and fast talker. He has great knowledge about the industry but used it to make promises that were not delivered. Install was late and then took over 3 weeks to complete while windows with no seals around them let air in the house. During install, the workers cracked lengthwise a 6 foot siding board and then in attempts to cover it up screwed it down leaving the screw projecting a 1/2 inch. Following the install the master bedroom has never been the same with windows leaking frigid North Dakota air all winter. Caulking is peeling inside and out. In sliding door install the gutters were damaged when the installers struck them with the door frame. Clooten would not fix it. Same sliding door frame was installed with a broken piece the installers tried to cover up by siliconing it back together. Door was finally replaced weeks down the road after persistent phone calls by me. Window locks are broken and windows aren't a year old. One sliding window doesn't even fit in its frame and rattles back and forth. On top of this is the avoidance to deal with the problems. Not returning phone calls is a common theme. The receptionists hang up the phone when you express your dissatisfaction with their service. They even called me back to pretend they were the owner.at the end of the day the games aren’t worth it. Don't make our mistake and roll the dice with clooten. The company underbids for a reason. We thought being in service in ND for a long time meant something. Not to these guys. Find a different contractor who keeps his word and finishes the job right.
