My only complaint is clean up.
The project manager told me the crew would be cleaning up but left before that happened.
I was left with dirt and dust all over the back porch and furniture.

The supplies that were dropped off were supposed to be put on the gravel drive but were dropped off in the grass. I was scheduled for roofing job and the lead guy showed up but not his workers. So rescheduled for next day and of course it was raining. The workers showed up in their individual cars (no Kingdom Roofing signs on cars so wasn't sure who they were). The lead guy didn't show up. The roof looks good compared to what it did look like.

It was an amazing experience from start to finish. The crew was professional and courteous. The leaders were responsive to our questions and timely with information. The quality is amazing and the manner by which the crew cared for our property while working was excellent. We loved the entire process and will highly recommend Kingdom to others in the future.

The entire process was great! I would like to commend Jeremiah Shockey specifically for his tireless efforts. He discovered not enough material was initially ordered to complete the job, but he worked the problem and discovered a Kingdom Roofing office in another state had some on-hand. He drove there and retuned with enough soffit material to finish the job. That is called commitment! THEN, he helped put a temporary patch on a roofing issue I discovered earlier that day. Because Kingdom Roofing did a stellar job on the soffit repair and Jeremiah’s willingness to help keep my daughter and our grandson dry, I am now returning to them for a second need to have this roof repaired. It is very difficult to find companies in a post-COVID world willing to go the extra mile. Thank you Kingdom Roofing for being the consummate professionals.

We used Kingdom for a residing project on our home. The house looks great. The crew worked non-stop from morning until evening for the several days it took to complete the job. The Project Mgr. was on site everyday and very helpful with suggestions and answering our questions. They had a person working on cleanup during the entire process. My yard was perfectly clean of debris when they were finished. I will use Kingdom again for any other projects if the come up.

High winds in a summer storm damaged the roof, gutters, and shed. They completely replaced all and did a great job. The crews were professional and cleaned up after themselves.

The work that was performed was great. My only complaint is clean up. The project manager told me the crew would be cleaning up. Stated they would take the magnetic roller around and also blow the dust off of the back porch. He left before that happened. They did go around looking for nails but I was left with dirt and dust all over the back porch and furniture. Also I just purchased a base for my brand new unbrella I got for my birthday. I couldn't move it because I had just had carpal tunnel surgery. Something punctured the base and water was leaking out. There was a mound of cigarette butts on the side of the house. Upon reaching out to the company.. I was reached with well we apologize and we strive to do better. Absolutely no resolution to any of it. For how much we are paying I expected for my property to be treated with respect. Not just my roof.
