We had a great experience with this company. They were the only company contacted willing to do an inspection to check to see if we actually had mold in our attic. (The other companies would only give us a quote for mold removal or remediation without first agreeing to an inspection). The fee was very reasonable and Fortunately we did not have mold. The technician was professional, friendly and most importantly honest.

We are so pleased with this team of professional mold remediation experts. They are extremely detailed and efficient. We were informed of every step of the way. They also showed a great amount of care for our home and our family's health. Thank you !

I recently found out that a couple of properties I previously owned had mold in the attic and working with Clean Green was an absolute pleasure. They were always on time and kept in touch with me every step of the way. I can 100% recommend them and will definitely use them in the future.

Hiring Clean Green to do our mold remediation turned into a total nightmare. We had done an expensive, full downstairs remodel less than a year before the water leak, so wanted to salvage as much as was possible. Two different staff (one of them the owner, other the lead worker) at Clean Green assured us in separate phone conversations and by email that items being pulled from the area (trim, flooring, vanity, etc) could be re-used because it was the drywall affected by mold. Unfortunately for us, their idea of storing these items for re-use meant placing them outside in the rain without any protection. They ruined thousands of dollars of bathroom furniture and materials and then lied about it when confronted, saying: “After we leave the job site we can't be held responsible for what may or may not happen but under our care, your items were treated as requested.” Leaving our brand new, custom-made vanity and other items out in the weather was definitely not what was agreed on, and meant that those items did not get the chemical treatment that we contracted for. Clean Green proved to be very unprofessional and dishonest to deal with. I’d suggest hiring a different company that will treat you and your home furnishings better than this one. They ended up costing us a lot of money in unnecessary replacement costs due to their shoddy work.

Thank you to Melvin and Clean Green for your help after a dishwasher leak in my kitchen. Melvin arrived on time for an initial estimate, discovered that a slow leak was still occurring, and went out and got supplies to cap and stop the leak. He was willing to do this whether his business was selected to do the work or not. When the work began they always communicated when they would be here, and updated me with progress and findings. I hope to not have any more water issues, but if I do this is the ONLY business I would call.

Finding widespread mold is stressful but clean green made it easy. The area needing treatment was exposed to our living area and they did a great job masking everything off and keeping everything tidy. And, as they said, their treatment removed all the mold stains, I was very impressed.

When our insurance refused to pay for an air quality test I called Clean Green. They came out and after seeing visible signs of mold they did the tests needed to get to the insurance. The insurance was not satisfied with the report because an outside air sample was not done (Not truly needed when you have signs of mold inside the house)

Clean Green came back out free of charge and did the outside test along with repeating the inside tests and took additional photos to send to the insurance company. They have bent over backwards to protect our family not just from the mold in the house but our own insurance.

I highly recommend Clean Green Restoration to anyone who wants the job done right and will back you up when your insurance tries to get out of fixing the problem.

I had Clean Green do a small job and the results are amazing. Not the cheapest bid I got but definitely worth the money. The quote was well defined and I appreciated the extra effort the crew took. They were all very respectful and do recommend them and have to a family member.

We wanted to know where the mold was and how much to remediate the problem. All the company did for $350 dollars was test the air quality. We received conflicting information from the tech that came out than from the woman who communicated with me by email. He asked me where the source of the problem was, and I said both bathrooms. When the test came back, only one bathroom had been tested. They told me they would charge an additional $75 for the other bathroom. Why was I not told this before? We discussed before hiring the company about the expediency of getting to the source of the problem. After I paid up front, they said it would be another month before we could get the holes in our wall and pictures of possible mold. Furthermore, they would not fix the holes unless they did major repair. Probably, a conflict of interest. We didn't even need the test, a lady from the EPA told me. All tests come back positive. The lady from Clean Green, did nothing to try to work with me. Not even a phone call. It was all email. It was their way or the highway. I feel like they did not finish the job, since they never looked inside the walls to inspect the problem as we had discussed. Save your money. If you smell mold, you have it. No need to test, or as the EPA indicated, buy a $50 water meter from Home Depot instead.

Clean Green Restoration came out to my house and did several different jobs in preparation on putting our house on the market. They were a friendly, knowledgeable and reliable crew. The finished projects left no room for complaint and I have and would recommend this company to my friends, and neighbors.

Clean Green does a fantastic job handling all of our real estate projects from the small inspection items to full home restorations. We have used Clean Green for many projects and enjoy working with them. They have great communication skills, using both email and phone call updates.
