They seem like extremely nice people. Family owned business, but beware!!! I hired them back in July to install windows, patio door, trim around the windows, and siding. They came to do the install of my windows in August and they were done incorrectly and now they leak and howl when the wind blows. I was reassured that they would not leave my house exposed and would be back to fix them by John. After that, John would not talk to me. He refused to answer the phone, txt, or email. At that point Stephen called me and said he would be up to start the siding and get the windows fixed. He did come but did not fix all of the windows, nor did he complete the trim around the windows, or start the siding. He has giving me one excuse after another. Now he is not answering his phone or txt. Sadly, they were paid for the windows and trim. Just know if you hire them they will not finish the job or have the common courtesy to respond to you. They gave me several dates and never showed up. This is how they left my house!! Now I am left try to hire someone to fix their work!!
