API did a great job with our house and garage roofing projects, plus finishing the trim and soffit on our barn.

Had API repair some damaged siding and replace the gutters on our house and garage. They did an excellent job, and Alex was great to work with. Would definitely use them again.

I personally recommend API, I needed a new roof on my house. There was TWO layers of shingles up there, the crew removed the old covering and inspected the underlying plywood. Then installed the new shingles and did a complete clean up. This is a newer business in Webster City, and after meeting DJ, owner, and his family I knew that API was going to be reroofing my house.
They have a show room located in the former Godfather Pizza building downtown W.C. "supporting a locally owned family business"

I called for a quote and they came the same day and made a professional quote printed out and did not demand insurance info like most companies. Great service

I needed a roof replacement on my house, it's a fairly large house, and I knew it would be expensive. I called about 7 local contractors in the area to give me an estimate. API Co Services gave me an estimate about in the middle of the price range. However, the one thing that was important to me was that I didn't want to pay a down payment, as I've had contractors take my money and run in the past. API Co Services was the cheapest of the quotes I received that did not require a down payment, so I went with them.

They answered any questions I had and didn't waste my time with sales pitches and other nonsense. The sales guys/owner DJ who came out for the estimate did work with the crew the entire time. When you talk details with him, you will know that he will be with the crew making sure it's getting done right. I'm not sure if he does that with the smaller jobs or not, but he was there for mine. DJ was able to send his crew out quickly after signing the contract (less than a week) and had the job done in 2 days. They cleaned up after themselves every day so there wasn't debris all over the neighborhood. When they send their crew, it isn't just a few guys, it's a team of 10 people or so, and they move fast and seem to really be focused on the job. They worked from sunup to sundown, and I can appreciate their hard work.

Along with the roof replacement, they cleaned my gutters and readjusted them to prevent leaks, knocked down bee hives that were attached to the house and other miscellaneous things that they noticed.

After the roof replacement (a week or two and unrelated to this job) I noticed some missing siding that exposed some wood around my house which was not covered in our original contract and needed to be fixed. We also had a windstorm which ripped some siding off the garage which I called them for. They made 2 extra trips out for these and fixed these issues for free, where they could have charged me.

That goes to show they care more about the customer experience and creating repeat customers over making a few dollars which is rare these days. That's why I am giving them 5 stars.

For my exterior needs I will be calling them again!

Called asked for a few quotes. DJ came out and documented everything. Had the couple of quotes done very quickly. Very detailed and easy to understand. After approving the quote to replace the roof and some siding repairs, they started work about two weeks later. Job was completed in a day and a half. The crew was efficient, friendly, and all around great. DJ came out and did a final walk around with me. Pricing was more than fair, the quality is outstanding. I don’t think we’ll need any roofing done for a long time but would rehire the API team time and time again.

Quality work, detailed estimate and photos of work. Good communication of dates and length of work. Cleaned up everything. Respectful of residents and house/yard. Highly recommend!

DJ and the API team were all wonderful! They handled many unseen problems as they replaced my roof. They worked long days, trying to work every minute weather would allow. They were quick, responsive to questions, and their photos and videos from drones showed the problems as they encountered them. DJ is very personable and truly wants to make his customers happy. Their knowledge and ability to understand insurance requirements were also very reassuring! Very professional, with all licenses and insurance in place. Very pleased!!!

I had a leak in my chimney for the 3rd time in 6 years and decided to have it taken down. DJ gave me an estimate and was here the next day.
They took it down and patched it up, and it looks awesome(considering my color of shingles were 17 years old). Did a masterfull job and was quick. He even sent me pictures during the progress of sealing of the hole where the old chimney was. Absolutely would recommend there services. They are very trustworthy and have great customer service. Thank you API for making my house dry again
